"I ordered several correct parts for my air compressor, however one of the parts was not the correct size. I contacted them, but they made no effort to either refund me or get me the correct part. Basically they just left me hanging even after I repeatedly e-mailed them. They blame the manufacturer who apparently changed some parts but were still selling and shipping the old parts. Regardless, Master Tool Repair is responsible for taking care of their customers because they made the sale.

I got a personal call from the company and spoke to Lee who chased down the issue with the manufacturer and then made sure I would receive the correct parts.

"I ordered parts including tubes, compression nuts, and a pressure switch on 5/3/23. The compression nuts came quickly and the other parts did not. I called them after about 10 days and they said the parts were coming directly from manufacture. They said this usually took place within 10 business days. After three weeks I called back and they said they’d call me back by the end of the day with update. No call back. After 4 weeks (5-31-23), I called them back and they got ahold of the manufacture. They told me that the pressure switch would not be available until 7/3. My complaint is that I waited a month to be told it was on back order. I cancelled the pressure switch. I asked for a percentage off the remaining parts for the hassle and wait time. He declined. "

"Small copper tube bent at a 90, maybe 3”long and two compression fittings, should have been a $10 part. Three times that price. Easy to order, correct part, great delivery just too expensive. But I had to have it. "

"I ordered a new air regulator top for my portable Husky air compressor. It arrived with damaged threads that I had to repair before I could install it, then after installation the regulator would not output more than 25 psi when the tank was at 130 psi. I wrote to their customer service and got a response asking if I wanted a replacement. I wrote back and asked if the could at least inspect the threads before sending a new one ang no response. After 10 days I wrote again and stared please send me a replacement and now, another 10 days later, still no response. Fortunately these losers only got me for $20."
