So far I am happy with the price and ease of making the selections it even helped me realize the size of the frame so that I could make adjustments, add they say measure twice cut once. They are through in explaining what everything means reveal, accent mat, even the different mats available. The diagrams showing the frame, glass, mat, art, baking were incredibly helpful as well. "It’s a great frame and the matting is perfect. They don’t offer glass so you have to buy that separately. The do have plexiglass but it extremely over priced. To have the glass cut for a 24”x30” frame was only $22. So the frame ended up being a good value "

"Have ordered from matboard and more twice now and would highly recommend. Firstly, it really is worth it to pick out something special for a special piece of art. I've only ordered mats, but have tried different colors, different corner patterns (which I had never even thought about before seeing the option on the site) and even textures (the suede finish is so beautiful!). It really makes me feel connected to a piece to be part of figuring out how to best bring out something important, and to be able to do it so easily, myself, and still for a great deal less than an actual framer, is amazing.

Orders are also packaged well and safely for transit. I had an issue with my order this time that was 100% in no way the fault of Matboard and more, but they helped me with it and dealt with it very promptly and solved the problem for me. I also like that they give you the chance to adjust the measurements you entered before they prepare the order (could save the day for someone lol) so just great customer service all around.

I don't love the color of the mat I picked for one of my pieces this time around, (just doesn't bring out the colors how I imagined - the mat itself is a nice color) but that just means I'll have to place another order soon when I have a couple more things that need framing!"
