“Hi valued customer, so sorry for that experience however we do offer two typed of thickness - 4ply which is the standard, 8ply which is double the thickness and is museum grade thickness. You opted for 4ply on your order. Please let me know if you'd be open to receiving a sample of the 8ply board.”
