"Very disappointed in Match.com's customer service and operation of the website. I canceled my membership more than a year ago, but my account is still being charged. I asked Match.com's customer service dept to work with me at least on a partial refund and they would not budge. It's clear that I haven't logged on to my account in more than a year. I went through the proper steps to cancel my membership, yet they claim no record of that exists. I just want them to be fair to me, but customer service treated me like I was a scamming liar when I talked to them. My girlfriend I have been good stewards and recommended them to our single friends. That's not going to be the case in the future. "
