"They are only about the money and will rope you in however they like to get your credit card info and automatically charge you an arm and a leg later down the road without warning even though you selected to not automatically renew and will flat refuse a refund.

Call their 800#. First option is "are you calling about a charge to your credit card" after you select that option, the next is "do you want to request a refund?" Then it proceeds to act like its going to help you before it says it can't do a refund. After hitting "0" a million time to talk to someone, no one will help you and a supervisor will tell you that you can talk to as many supervisors as you want and they can't let you speak to anyone higher up.

I'm a single mother to twins in college full time, money is tight and they do not care one little bit! They are very heartless.

The site is not set up great and they will trick you into a subscription by saying you received an email, but won't say the age or who the email is from. The kept sending me promotions and my mom said she would pay one time for us to see this email. The guy was 30 years older than me and not at all my type!! I immediately that day said I did not want auto renewal but they charged my moms card automatically anyway without no notification of this happening.

The interactions with others on this site is very low and it will match you to the same people over and over again. It will match you to people that are not who you are looking for or who they are looking for and to people who have not been active on the site in a long time.

Don't waste your money here and risk them stealing more. There are much better dating sites out there than than match.com."

"Poor IT issues let this site down and the renew policy.. IT) The hide function only works on so many, there after appears again... the favourites works in the same to.. so you don't know who you have contacted or do not want to again.. as Match just unfav/unhide them?!

Renew) I wondered why my last credit card blocked them.. I used another CC for a £20 promotion of 6 months, cancelled the subscription (takes about 8 pages) + password. When it expired got a nice £125 bill for 6 months... Match explained due to me clicking on a heading.. (no confirmation or password or 'are you sure' screen like the cancelling screens). email Match.com same day but not happy to refund despite not using the site... BE CAREFUL! "
