"This has been awful. I ordered 1/19. Said expected deliver 2/8 through 2/13. Messaged them at two week mark to check status they said 2 to 4 weeks. Then again at 3 weeks same answer. Then on the 4th week they check with purchasing. Well they never ordered so now it’s the 16 and I was told it will arrive in their warehouse sometime next week then they will call me to schedule. Worst experience ever it will be more like 6 weeks when I get it. Had they checked with purchasing they would have caught the mistake. Terrible customer experience "

We had to return it and took a financial hit (over a thousand dollars). We did not feel confident buying another mattress from US Mattress after that."

The length of the box spring is significantly greater than the mattrass. I didn't bother with the return because we needed to setup our beds ASAP. However, this error was quite disappointing. These were not cheap mattrasses, so I expected a better level of service. "

"Bought a Serta Black Hybrid mattress and wife was getting headaches from the chemical smell. emailed and they got right back to us with some suggestions to allow the mattress to air out,(the memory foam is what we were told causes the chemical smell. ) and treat with Febreeze. Did so and let sit open for a couple of days. The smell is better per my wife. Will see what happens after 6 weeks, but may have to return it."
