"Well, this is the 2nd time I'm having to complete this info. I placed my order on 2 December. The payment came out of my bank account that same day. I received an email from MaxTool with my order confirmation also on the same day. On 6 December, I had sent an email asking when my item would be delivered. Never received a response. On 7 December, I called to ask when my item would be delivered. Was told my order had just been sent to the warehouse and that I should be receiving an email anytime with the delivery date. It's now the 9th and I still haven't received either an email or the item. It's a Christmas gift, so I am hoping it will be here before then. It would be nice for MaxTool to provide email updates on your order so you know the status and can expect when your item will arrive. I'm really disgusted with this company for failing to communicate with buyers."
