"I ordered a Husqvarna 20-in 3/8 Pitch .050 Gauge 60.3cc Rancher Chainsaw from Max Tool. It arrived in a little over a week. The box that arrived was in very poor condition. It was previously opened and taped shut again before shipping from Max Tool. The bar to the chainsaw was missing, and the saw itself was not secured in the box and therefore allowed to rattle around freely in the box. It was also a returned item from a previous sale as evidenced by an old shipping address sticker still stuck on the outside of the box. So........ it was not brand new in a sealed box and was missing the bar. I contacted customer service immediately upon receiving the saw and they told me that they would have to investigate my claim and I should receive a call in a day or two. After waiting four days for the call, I called again asking why I did not get a call. They told me that they were still looking into it and I would get a call. I immediately called my credit card company and filed a complaint to stop payment. To make a long story short, I ended up returning the saw and Max Tool refunded my money. This whole ordeal took about a month to get resolved with a lot of aggravation. So, if you want to trust Max Tool then go for it. I don't usually write reviews but as you might expect I did not have a pleasant experience. I wasted a lot of my time and got nothing in return. I hope this review helps you in deciding to do business with Max Tool. Buyer beware!!! "
"I ordered my leaf vac and wasn't hearing anything on delievery or that they received my online order. When I called and talked to the customer service and gave her my order number, she god the ball rolling for me and said she would talk to the manager. Since then, it has been shipped and on its way. I will be receiving it this Wednesday, So I guess it will be fine when I get it but I really wanted it earlier to get the leaves done. I was wondering what would have happened if I did not call? "
