"Got, my new living room set. Came in perfect condition. Delivery and assembly were free, however I was informed this does take a bit longer. My delivery time was 3 weeks from time of order. They both called and emailed me to keep me informed. A+ service and I would recommend."

"Just got my new bedroom set. Looks to be excellent quality. After price comparing on the web and leaving voicemails with different companies, mazeltov's price was solid, but more importantly, they were the first to call me back. If the other companies bothered to call me back it was after a 3-4 days and usually with someone who seemed to speak English only as a second language. With Mazeltov I was dealing with Americans and it was certainly refreshing considering how everything online seems to be outsourced nowadays. They also called to me to keep me informed on order status and delivery ETA. Again, each time with an American calling. Furniture was brought into my home and assembled free of charge as well. Overall good prices and superb customer service!"

"We ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Mazel Tov and received a confirmation Email from them 10 days later informing us that our 3 pieces were enroute to the shipping company. We were told that it would take 7-10 days for the shipping company to receive this order and that they would then call us to schedule the delivery. We waited 2-3 wks for the call but never received it. We called Mazel Tov customer service to find out why. They suggested that we call the shipping company and gave us the telephone number. The shipping company informed us that they only set up deliveries after they have received all of the pieces on an order due to the cost of making more than one trip per order. We were told that only 2 of the 3 pieces had been received by them. Since our Email confirmation from Mazel Tov listed all 3 pieces as having been sent to the shipping company, we called Mazel Tov and asked what happened. They told us that one piece was backordered and wasn't sent with the rest of the order. They also said that they had an agreement with the shipping company to pay additional money to them if multiple deliveries were required. Mazel Tov did contact the shipping company and we were delivered the first 2 pieces on our order. That part of the service was good but I didn't like the fact that our Email stated that all 3 pieces had been sent out AND we were billed for all 3 items at the time of the Email. This early billing is something that I have subsequently seen other customers complain about. We eventually cancelled the 3rd piece on our order because we received a notification that our last piece had been sent to the shipping company and we should be notified within 7-10 days about arranging the delivery. When that didn't happen, I called the shipping company again to see what the status of our delivery was. They told us that they still hadn't received the final piece and that we should contact Mazel Tov. We called Mazel Tov and were told that the backorder date for our piece of furniture had been pushed out another month which puts the delivery date almost 4 months past the date that we paid for the 3 pieces on our order. And by the way, when I had complained about the early billing when I found out about it, I was told by customer service that their billing system didn't allow them to do partial billings. If that is actually true, theirs would be the only computerized system that I have ever seen that has this limitation. We will never do business with these people again and would highly recommend that no one else does either. The prices were fine but they seem to have a problem being honest with their customers when something doesn't go right. We have had much better experiences with every other internet order that we have placed."

"Very happy customer here. I think the logistics on furniture is more difficult then ordering say electronics from amazon so it takes longer. My order took three weeks but I save a boatload. I will look to order again from here in the future."

"I ordered a sofa from Mazel Tov and it was delivered in less than two weeks! They would give you a call whenever there's an update with your order. They are also very accessible via email and their customer service people respond very quickly.

The shipping company that they use is also top notch. Two very nice delivery guys assembled my sofa without a hitch.

Overall, I would highly recommend Mazel Tov to friends and family.

"The Martini Entertainment Wall by Ashley Furniture is much more beautiful than the photo can show! We are using it for a book/movie display case as well as a TV flat screen. The delivery service was astounding! Three men came into our home and put the entire wall together in an hour. Then they politely ask for the best way to remove the boxes. A local store selling this same set was not able to offer the low price Mazel Tov did online. They also did not offer complete set-up. AND I got it from Mazel Tov in the same amount of time as the local store offered. I would highly reccommend Mazel Tov!! Best service, Best price!"

"I purchased a dining set from Mazel Tov Furniture which was out of stock. I waited two months for the furniture to arrive in stock at which time the salesman called and said it would take no longer than three weeks to arrive. The product did not arrive for over two months with little help from Mazel Tov. All they would do is give me the shipping company's number and wash their hands of it. They also billed my card for two full months before I even received the product which is not a very good business practice. When I emailed the sales rep to give them a chance to rectify the situation he just began ignoring my emails. I like the furniture that I received but I will order it from someone else next time I purchase something and would recommend that you do the same."

"Just want to say that we were very please with the furniture we received from Mazel Tov. The price and selection are fantastic, and the in house delivery and set up (which is included in the price) was great!

We have placed two orders so far and will be placing our third very soon. During the process of receiving the two shippments all of our contacts with Mazal Tov and their shipper went very well. Excellent customer service from everyone involved!

"We ordered an office furniture set, and were confused as to what was included. When only 2 of the 3 items were delivered we called their customer service to get it resolved. After explaining what mislead us to believing 3 items were included in the set (3 items are pictured in the images, 3 items is displayed next to the shopping cart icon after adding the set to the cart) the customer service rep told us we were dumb and would have to pay a restocking fee to return any items. We were not that upset and would have been willing to take some responsibility for the misunderstanding, but the response of the customer service of the website was the worst we have ever experienced. Be careful when ordering from this website."
