"We wanted to buy a nice Entertainment Center. Local stores didn't have anything good so we turned to the internet, which was a bit scary because we never bought furniture online before, and this was a very expensive purchase. After finding a good Entertainment Center, I went all over the internet to find the cheapest price.

The best deal by far was at www.MazelTovFurniture.com. They also work with a professional furniture delivery company, as opposed to some of the other websites which ship via companies like FedEx.
Their return policies are tough but still better than on any other store or website. Best of all they are easy to reach by phone or email and are happy to help out with any questions.

So we ordered the Entertainment Center. It was ready to ship in about 2 weeks. Delivery status could be tracked via the delivery company website. The truck was significantly late but after it showed up everything was perfect. We inspected the furniture on the driveway before it was taken inside the house. I was very concerned about damage, but was reassured by MazelTovFurniture that any damaged pieces can be refused and then redelivered at no extra cost. Luckily I didn't have to go through that process because there was no damage. And the most important thing is that the delivery guys already had experience in assembling this furniture, so they have done it carefully and professionally. This took some time, which explains why they run late for deliveries.

So we got a great deal and the furniture was delivered and assembled without any issues. We are very pleased with MazelTovFurniture. This store has great prices and customer service and can be trusted to do a professional delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

"This company SUCKS!!! Its been a month since I ordered my furniture and I keep getting the runaround. Now all of a sudden my furniture is on back order. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Buyers beware of this merchant. "

"Very happy with this company. The free white glove delivery service is valuable, especially when the oversized sofa was a problem getting into my house. Furniture arrived in great condition, not a bad thing to say. Very Very happy, will shop here again. "

"I wanted a piece of furniture and saw they didn't have the option available. Live Chat worked and miraculously the item appeared as an option (must've been talking to the webmaster/cs person). Ordered it.

Now, they chose to use D&D Delivery Service which is a bottom-feeding service.

They held my order (D&D) for two months before putting it on a truck and sending out. Be it weather problems or logistic problem. Basically, I called D&D and they said they were holding it until after the winter break.

The reason I won't order from Mazel Tov again is because of who they contract with for shipping.

"I received dishonesty, poor customer service, as well as, a extended waiting period before confirmation of the status of my merchandise from this merchant.

"I am sorry that you needed to cancel the order. As I explained during our telephone conversation, the order is en route to the delivery company and there is a 25% restocking fee when cancelling. This is a fee that we are charged by the manufacturer when sending back an order. It is not a charge that we choose to make. You placed your order Feb 09, 2011, and as per all emails that you received, as well as shipping policies written on our website, there is a 2-4 week delivery time frame window.

You have chosen to cancel your order and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We will go ahead and refund the remaining 75% in the amount of $516.56 as soon as you reply to this email acknowledging the restocking fee. "Purchased a dining set Jan 17, and was delighted to find that the MONTHLY delivery to my neighborhood was tomorrow. First, the delivery men forgot 1 of 2 boxes for the table. When they came back, I inspected the set and found half of it was damaged (table top/leaf a side chair and an armchair). They said they'd have to come back later to exchange it. Fine--good policy, thanks for exchanging it free of cost, as you should. Fast forward to Jan 31 (2 FULL WEEKS LATER): at 1pm the delivery men pick up the damaged items and take them to the warehouse--they say they'll be back in 3-4 hours with the new items. Great. 4.5 hours later, I've heard nothing and need to be getting ready to meet a business client in half an hour. I call the delivery man and he says he'll be there in half an hour. I explain that's not possible because I must leave to meet a client, so he calls the office. The office calls me saying if I can't receive the shipment, they are going to CHARGE ME a $250 RESTOCKING FEE.....because THEIR DRIVERS WERE AN HOUR OUTSIDE THEIR OWN STATED DELIVERY WINDOW. Of course I had to stay and lost business because of it. The delivery man arrived 2hrs 45mins AFTER the end of the delivery window, and when they finally left it was 3.5 hours after the delivery window. On top of that, the delivery men damaged the bottom half of my table, which was originally intact (it appears they dropped a power drill on it, chipping the table base). When I pointed it out, they colored my brown table in with a BLACK SHARPIE. WOW. No way to run a business. Get it together."

I buy a lot of things online but i had never puchased anything this expensive! I bought an entire living room set that I had seen at Ashley Furniture store. Frist it was less expensive At Mazel Tov Furniture. Then with the free shipping and no taxes how could I go wrong.

From my first dealing with the company I have received superior customer service and fast answers to all my questions. The tracking of my furniture was easy to see on the website as well as receiving emails indicating when the items arrived at the shipping company and so on.
The items were delivered before promised, perfect shape and friendly delivery men. i would not hesitate to buy items again from this vendor and am already looking at other items I would like to purchase.

I reccomend this store very highly and I know that you will be pleased.
