"I ordered a refrigerator from this company, they never delivered it and then cancelled my order, when I contacted them they said they would refund me my money. It's being 6 months since they said they would, and now they won't even answer my emails. They stopped communication in April, I ordered the fridge back in December of 2023.

"I purchased outdoors refrigerators and frame. It arrived late and damaged. The frame was rusted and protective over peeled off. I called and was told it was ship from Bull which was a lie. They later said it was shipped by a supplier and will not refund or pay for return shipping. I am stuck it."

"I ordered a product from this business online on 1/1/2021 - for a knife holder - for a total of $50.34. Of this amount, $20.50 was to have expedited shipping. When the item didn't arrive in a couple of weeks, we contacted this business by phone and were told they would check with their warehouse. We received an email a few days later, on 1/26/21, stating that it was backordered until 3/12/21 but would ship out on that date. We emailed the company on 3/18/21, inquiring about the status and were told AGAIN that they would reach out to their warehouse and would get back with us. Since then, we have heard nothing and have sent them 3 additional emails that they have not responded to. They were paid for this product 3 months ago and cannot even provide us with a status update. I filed a complaint today with the Better Business Bureau. I called the company to get their address and told them that I was filing the complaint and they did nothing to inquire as to what the issue was and simply provided me with their address - I guess they are used to that!"
"One of the two items I ordered arrived dead out of the box.
The other item never shipped. After eight days I called to cancel my order.
Overall it was my worst e-commerce experience I have had in a very long time.
The worst part is, when I called them to get a refund or an immediate replacement they were hesitant and did not jump at the opportunity to make things right.
I requested to cancel my order and get a full refund. Still waiting to hear back."
"These are the rudest nastiest people I have ever dealt with online, They screen their calls to try and avoid customers. They tie your money up with your Credit Card company and offer no apology or remorse for processing a payment even when they cant full fill the items you order. It took my 4 days from the day i ordered to actually get in-touch with a live person and she was very rude and non-interested and tried to blame it on the bank. They have some real reviews that you should read with the better business bureau if you want to know the truth about this trash company."

"Expensive and I thought It would be worth it. Took a long time to come in. Had it installed. Soon after it developed a defect. Bad spot in the wood. Sure they offered to replace it only after I donated it filled out the paper work and wait about a month for the new counter to arrive not sure if it would be any better that the one I had to pay to install and would have to pay to unistall and then pay again to reinstall the counter all while not having a counter. First off, I could not donate it. It is not considered compete furniture but 'construction' material. After all I went through to try to make it work, I came to the conclusion that they were purposefully doing so that me and similar customers would just give up and live with it. That is exactly what ended up happening. If you think you feel lucky, good luck. Hope you get a good product without defects."

"Am a returning customer. I had purchased a motorized tomato press before Christmas as a gift (only issue was delay due to availability).
I recently ordered a $300+ Dehydrator. Made payment and got email confirmation. Then heard nothing. So I after a week, I check status. Says it is Processing. Ok. I send an email to company so that I can zero in on window of delivery.
They reply that item I ordered has been "Discontinued" by manufacturer. They offer me another model unit that is replacing the one I ordered...for the same price. They send me the model number with a picture of the "New" unit. It looks similar to the one that I had ordered. But I decided to do some research about it. What I found is that the unit that they wanted to ship me as a replacement, was actually a cheaper unit. I found it on Amazon and another commercial restaurant supply site. Both offered it retail for significantly ($100+) less than what I had paid. Because MPP did not offer to reduce the price, I figure this could be a bait and switch. So I cancelled the order and asked for a refund...refund yet to come. So VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Company could have done a ton better to make sure that I was kept on top of my order....lost a future customer."
"I ordered a meat grinder. It was lost in shipment. Melissa was VERY helpful. Kind, upfront, knowledge, and helped to resolve the issue. In the end, the shipment was found 6 weeks later at a neighbor's house, and all the insurance "stuff" was taken care of by Melissa. Lady has her program down is a big way.

"If you look at their site, you'll see loads of 4 and 5 star reviews. all vague and presumably FAKE -- none of them are specific to a product, all say something like 5 stars "easy. best price I found".
But they had they had the best price (I ordered a $70 Eurodib pan). I've had it for two days, made a sauce with it, and now the bottom of the pan is covered in RUST. i asked them about it, and they smugly responded with nothing but their return policy which says "we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase... buuuuuuut we don't take back anything that's been opened or used." the communication after that was pretty rude. hopefully, they'll clean up their act, google will drop them, or they die in fire. currently impartial. "

"Ordered an M130 knife sharpener. Unfortunately the website was not clear that this was a European angle sharpener, without ability to sharpen at 15 degrees as well. Was so surprised that their return policy is: you pay the return shipping AND 25% restocking fee, so for a $130 purchase, it would cost close to $40 to return. Wow. Stick with Amazon. Better prices; way more friendly return policy."
