"The communication is not as clear as I hoped which MAY be related to the telephone line. The wristlet that came with it was missing one end and therefore needed to be taped shut. I will say a replacement came ASAP. The device seems to come out of the wristlet a little too easily. It also seems the second phone contact has never been called. On several occasions only the first and third contact have been used. "
