"I ordered about a thousand dollars worth of speed dial locks from this place. After about a week and a half, I am told the item is discontinued. They give me a bunch of options that aren't what I need and I declined those options and asked for a refund. I am now on the third day of them not responding to my emails about when I will be refunded. The item is still on the site saying it is available. No one will get back to me. Very, very shady. I will give it another day and then I will just start the chargeback process with my credit card. Don't trust these people. "
"Poor product guarantees. I purchased a $200 moisture tester for our farm which did not work from the beginning. I followed their return instructions exactly as specified (only 15 days from receipt - be careful) and they refuse to refund my money. They don't take responsibility for the products they carry and are blaming the manufacturer's warranty policies. They can't take care of my problem because their vendor won't take care of their problem. Which really isn't my problem. I ordered a replacement from Amazon which works perfectly. Won't be ordering from Mega*LameExcuse*Depot again."
