Now it seems like some guy in America has received and collected the package with my tracking number. Sent a message to them without any reply. Angry as hell! "I recently found myself in a very bad position when one of the rare to find parts went broken. The car is an old one and has been discontinued but it works perfect except the broken part. I searched crazily without any luck until I found megazip. No idea it would work or not just another try. To my surprise, they did have the part. It took them a while about 10 days to process and had to switch to FedEx due to covid-19 interruption and I had to pay some extra 23 US dollar for the shipping. Apart from that, the delivery is quick about 2 days and now my car is running as new again.

Now they are telling me they don't do refunds even though their website states they do and specifically states "By depositing a refund amount to the Visa/MasterCard or American Express card that you used to pay for the order" and yet they still won't.
