"Three times tried to buy. The first time some issues with the shipping. The second time it was cancel because I used a discount. The last time used a discount the merchandise was available in a US warehouse I received and email that it's wasn't and the difference was to pay for the shipping cost from Japan. And I tried again to order to see how much it was with out the discount the same money a piad for it. What a ripped off. I paid it because I wanted the merchandise but will never buy again. And if someone asks me will never recommend. "

"The shipping might be a bit expensive since they work on volumetric weight and some items can be bulky. But paying the extra fees to ship with DHL is worth it. Shipped my Yamaha parts from Japan to South Africa and received them in the same week and no Import Duties/Taxes, also packed well in some Japanese Newspaper which was nice. My Local Yamaha dealer's prices were higher and I would have to wait 6-8 weeks.. Megazip got the same parts to me within a week! Great Job"

"I only buy things from there if its the only place that carries a rare part. As others mentioned, they always come back saying their shipping is 2, 3, 5x the original cost with some crap excuse.

Also, their inventory management is garbage. 50-70% of the time what they say is in stock is not and either will never come back in stock or will take weeks.

Dont forget their "coupons". They simply raise the prices then give you back a "coupon", its pure lies. Sometimes they are the only place that carry some rare parts so I give them 1 star for that.

"Made an order, then they came back that shipping was significantly more than I paid via the web site - would have double order price. Took days back/forth to support. In the end cancelled the large item, and rest of the order arrived quickly - 100% genuine new parts. Would be 5 stars if not for freight issue. They need to ensure the amount calculated when ordering is correct to avoid disappointed customers. Also best price and range I can find."
