I do it because it seems the only way to get the companies attention. First let me say my first two orders were perfect. Difficult parts to find at good prices. However this order is a mess.
Delivery outside date was April 5. Japan post handed it to Express Mail Service March 23 and no other tracking was ever available. EMS in my country says they have no record of the package.
Contact from Megazip is spotty and always says wait. Would arrive last week in one message, this week in another. The message I got this morning was:

Today senior management reached out to me and acknowledged the problem. I do believe it was isolated and yes now I can track my package. I do realize sometimes shipping companies can cause problems. I just want the company to keep me informed not just say "Please wait""
