"Recently, I needed a replacement plastic underbody shield for my 2008 Lexus IS 250. The price from the UK Lexus Dealer was astronomical, so I looked into sourcing the component from Japan. Megazip were able to supply the part, together with the various clips that I needed to fit the plastic panel. When the component arrived I was dismayed to see that it was damaged due to poor packaging, but a short email to Megazip had a replacement order created and dispatched promptly. The second part was received exceptionally well packaged, and in perfect condition. So, although it took two attempts, I was very happy with Megazip's service and prices. The component is genuine Lexus, and it cost me about half the price that the UK dealer wanted. So I would recommend Megzip, and would certainly use them again."

Retour accepté d’une pièce à plus de 600 dollars, colis monté en bonne et due forme tel que le manager me l’a conseillé. Colis arrivé aux EAU mais echecs successifs de livraison sans motif. Malgré échanges par message avec les managers qui m’indiquent que le colis est bloqué pour une raison incompréhensible au bureau de Poste, je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi le colis n’est pas récupéré par les correspondants locaux, et j’attends toujours depuis un mois mon remboursement.
Je comptais poursuivre mes achats de pièces avec ce site, mais si les retours sont catastrophiques, qui plus est avec des pièces très onéreuses et avec des frais de port retour à ma charge, alors je suis définitivement refroidi."

In my case, they had to obtain it elsewhere first, which took about a week. However once they had it, shipping to the US was very fast with FedEx. The part was new and worked as expected."
