You have to consider that shipping is very far but I always get my parts in a reasonable time. Their email communication is fast and responsive. I was told it would be sent within 5-7 business days then at the end I was told, "sorry we don't have the item"! Seriously? I've waited 11 calendar days and now getting a message that they don't have the item! How can you depend on a site like this? This place ****! Megazip has really put me in a bad place with my customer. I won't deal with them again. It's not worth dealing with a place with no credibility. "
"If you care about customer satisfaction, you should also be informed about the "current" customs taxes of the countries you sell to and warn your customer. This is your primary duty. The customer may not know them. I bought 365$ from you, I paid another 430$ to Turkish customs. The product I bought from you was $800. In Turkey, the tax is over 150 Euros and the tax is very high. At the very least, you should warn your client - before paying - about the high taxes. I am very sad. I love Japanese companies and their vehicles, but this experience made me very sad."

Also - customer support responses come in a day and not always with clear information.

I was stocked to find somewhere where I can get OEM parts for all 4 of my Quads and2 Dirt bikes and a couple other toys. Unfortunately, my first experience was so bad I will never try again with this company. My original order was for $322.80 for 7 parts for one of my quads on Jan 11th 2023. I was then contacted Feb 28th 2023 and informed that some of the parts were not available in the warehouse and that I needed to pay an additional $231.21 in parts to get them. I was not to thrilled to hear that but I’m fixing the bike for my wife for her to learn on so I paid it. Now I’m $554.04 into the order. Then March 9th 2023 I was contacted that 3 more parts were unavailable. At this point I requested to cancel as the parts that I paid for and paid additional I could not get anymore. The company Refused to cancel the order because they had shipped the product from warehouse to the other already.
All said and done I have 2 $554 ankle guards!
