"Thank you Memory suppliers. I learned an important lesson in the process of shopping here. Best not to write a scathing review until you have escalated the problem as far as you can first. It turns out I was trying to order a discontinued part. Seems their ordering process is a little flawed since they really didn't have the part in stock, but they certainly made up for it in OUTSTANDING customer service. The day after canceling my order I got a phone call from someone that I'm pretty sure was the business owner, while I was looking for the part elsewhere on line. Not only did he figure out what replacement part would work in place of the discontinued part - but he shipped it to me overnight free of charge. - Wait - I don't just mean the shipping was free - the part was also free (HP wanted $350.00 for it.)
