"I can gleam all this from one experience. I purchased what was supposedly a brand new 12TB WD Gold class enterprise data center drive. Within one year the drive failed. OK this happens - went to try to get an RMA from WD... they claimed this drive is a replacement drive given to another customer, which does not carry the full manufacture 5 year warranty, but only a 90 day one.
Basically they sold me a drive as "new" when it was a replacement drive from WD for another one. When I tried to contact memory4less over several months to correct this (by phone and email) I received ZERO responses... not even the courtesy of "**** to be you" which would be better than ignoring it all together. Save yourself hassle and time and don't be tempted by slightly lower prices, you always get what you pay for, not a company worth doing business with unfortunately. "

I found and was ready to order a 204 pin module but was told some detail of it that my machine requires and found the one that would work instead. "They run an ebay account 'fq-digital-buyer' that scams people. If you read their 'feedback left for others', they have a high rate of returns/refunds/item received damage. Ebay does not allow sellers to leave buyers negative reviews which is why they are at 100% positive. I am a victim of their scam. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES ON EBAY. They know ebay's customer service is trash and virtually non existent at the moment. Look at what they did to my board that they returned to me. They wrecked my CPU socket. Did they have a child install an incompatible cpu? Did they wreck my CPU socket because I demanded that they return my item? Did they send me a different motherboard? who knows. They did not even return my manual and installation disc. If you have been scammed by them too, either on ebay or from their website, join me in reporting them for MAIL FRAUD."

"Excellent customer service, great no delay expected shipping time. I received the Supermicro case I ordered. I am more picky than most people are when it comes to keeping things in good condition. I ordered a high end server computer bare empty case for almost $950 and that was on a Veteran's Day Discount. It is mostly a bare bone case, but it does have a power supply. I could get it for less on Ebay, but when I talked to the seller on Ebay, I realized I would never be ok with the physical quality of that one, unless somebody could get it back into good physical shape. It would be annoying to have to repaint a computer case but that could get rid of ugly scratches. As a last resort that is going to have to be one thing to consider. When I am done with something it will be as good as a new car because I am an extreme professional. I'm an extremist. I am extreme in a way that is hard for some people to deal with. For the price I was willing to pay, I would expect not just a computer case, but also no visual imperfections. My purchase date was on 11/12/2019 and I was not satisfied with the item sent to me. It looked like junk. The ad did not specify if it would be new or used. For well over $900 I thought it was going to be new, and still would not be worth over $1,000 because of how it is an older case that most people would not want anymore. I accepted that I would settle for like new and waited patiently for them to find a replacement. Unfortunately months later they could not find anything. Now on 1/16/2020, I have finally closed this order and had to get a full refund. This has been one of the biggest waste of times anyone could ever have to face when trying to get a computer case. I'm not going to bother trying to order from this company again. It was the first time and last time. I cannot say that they did anything wrong, but it was a big disappointment. At least they were honest enough to say I will get a full refund and they paid for return shipping. For courtesy, they can have 2 stars instead of 0 stars. It was better than getting absolutely no support. Still the fact remains, I was not able to get the item I was hoping for, not the first time, not after waiting on hold forever for a possible exchange, not ever. It was just a dead end. Amazon is faster to get through the process.

Finally, I received them but one of them failed immediately. I filed RMA online but there was no further information from them afterward. Later I checked it online, it showed RMA expired. I called them and was told the coverage of 30 days of a refurbished drive expired. But when I purchased online it showed they were brand new and there were no words noted them as refurbished. Sigh... "Do not order from them if you want to get what you want in a timely fashion or to be able to speak to someone helpful. The status of my order said "In shipping" for days until I called and they kept saying I had to talk to the shipping department who wasn't in right now.. they said that every time I called. I left messages for the "shipping department" and no one ever returned my calls. Apparently there was never anyone there other than the "shipping department" who could help me. HMMM. Over four weeks after I placed my order and multiple phone calls, someone EMAILED me (couldn't even bother to pick up the phone and call) that my order would ship the following week. So over four weeks later, I got what I ordered. -_-"

"I ordered a power adapter on 1/29. Adapter arrived on 2/14. Notified them that they sent the wrong part and asked for a RMA. Three days later, no RMA. Followed up with them and asked for a status. Received an email that said the part will work. Sent them a picture of the original adapter barrel connector and the one on their adapter which clearly showed that they were different sizes. RMA sent on 3/8. If you buy from them and they ship you the wrong part. YOU have to pay for return shipping even though they made the mistake. Will never buy from them again."
