Ordered but No response

"Im still waiting on a suit i ordered a week ago, they say email is the fastest way to reach them but they dont respond at all. Im going to habe to find a suit somewhere else and call the BBB to see what can be done about this Crooked Business, because everything in the advertisement is a lie. DO NOT ORDER !!"

Ripoff

"Way wrong in the size department. Material is cheaper than cheap. And look at the hoops you have to jump through to get a refund. They just want your money. They don’t concern themselves with customer satisfaction. When enough people get wise to them and write reviews describing their scamming business practices they will hopefully have to close their doors and find some other way to rip people off.
I may be wrong but I think they deliberately send the wrong size so they can charge the restocking fee.
They say they’ll respond to emails within 8 business HOURS. No. I sent an email on 2/24. They responded on 3/04.

Worst Customer Service Ever

"I have purchased from them before without a problem. I ordered a sport jacket with the understanding it would be delivered in 4 business days. I kept trying to track but nothing came back. After 1 week I get an e-mail from them saying they don't have my item in stock and offered me something similar in a different color. I said I didn't like it, but picked something different from one of there other sites, TuxedoUSA. They emailed that it would get shipped. Another week went by with no tracking so I called. The consumer service person told me they didn't have that in stock either, but told me they had something similar without a satin lapel. I asked if they could e-mail a picture, and they said they couldn't. I agreed anyway as I was getting tired of waiting and dealing with this. It has now been another week, and still no product or tracking. I have sent numerous emails asking for any answer with nothing back from them. This is the last purchase I make with this company, and I will do everything I can to deter anyone from working with them.
I own a business, and the most important part of any business is not how much money you make, it's making sure your clients are happy…do that, and the money will come.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

"I was told and given email confirmation my suit would be shipped out on time. Tracking it currently, the 3 day shipping will take 11 days to arrive, which is 3 days after I needed the suit!!!! I could have driven from Mass to California and back in less time. I would recommend this company to people who need to feel **** off and let down instantly and who enjoy people lying to you and reaping havoc on your calm. For anyone looking to have a good experience…… please run !!!"

"I thought this was out of LA but this in fact from over seas and when my package did not come I continued to try to get a hold of the company and once I finally did the "owner" who he states he was was very rude told me he doesn't have to give me tracking told me he's going to hang up on me he has other customers and also block my number when I all j was trying to go was get a tracking number , do not recvomrnd "

Worst Experience Ever

"If you are looking for a tuxedo and have a ton of time and money to waste, then by all means order from this company. However, if you are like the rest of us, who value our time and money, then DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, no matter how cool the tuxedo looks online.

I purchased a tuxedo on 09 DEC 21 for my wedding that was set to occur aboard a cruise ship. The ship departs on 10 JAN 22, so I figured I had plenty of time to get the tuxedo ordered and tailored before the ship was set to depart.

I ordered the tuxedo online for $180 with free shipping. Their standard shipping was 3-5 days, which I thought was fine. I ordered a 34 Short, what they sent was a 34 Regular. I received the original order on 14 DEC 21.

On 15 DEC 21, I emailed the returns department, they told me that as soon as I provided a tracking number that the tuxedo had been sent back to them, they would ship out the exchange. I did try the tuxedo on and realized that I needed a larger size, they confirmed that a 36 Short would be sent. I shipped the tuxedo back to them on 17 DEC 21. Not only did I have to pay to ship it back to them (about $22), but I also had to pay an exchange fee of $25, but also expedited shipping of $35.

I received an email on 22 DEC 21 that my exchange had been processed. The tuxedo arrived on 25 DEC 21.

When the second tuxedo arrived, it was the wrong style, I had ordered a two-piece, they sent a three-piece. It was also the wrong color, wrong size, and wrong fabric. Once again, I emailed the returns department on 25 DEC 21, I got the same run around about as soon as they got a tracking number, they would send out the replacement. On 28 DEC 21, they told me that the only size they had in the style and color that I wanted was a 34 Regular, and they can waive the regular shipping charge.

I had to pay to ship the second incorrect tuxedo back to them, still had to pay the $25 exchange fee and an expedited shipping charge of $45. At this point, I have paid $6 less than the original cost of the tuxedo (in shipping and exchange fees alone) and will still end up with exactly what they incorrectly shipped the first time.

The third tuxedo is supposed to arrive on 05 JAN 22. The tuxedo arrived on 05 JAN 22 as promised, with one major issue it is black and not dark navy blue, so once again they send the wrong one. I called customer service to report the error. They stated that they did send the correct tuxedo, even though the item number was different, it looked nothing like the photos online, and the color is wrong.

They offered to send a replacement with expedited shipping, which I should receive by Friday, 07 JAN 22. We will see what arrives. Keep in mind, I have to have it tailored before my tailor closes on 08 JAN 22, guess he is going to have to work a crap-ton of magic to get it done in time.

So, I guess I am getting married in shorts and a t-shirt, thank you Mensusa.com for a wonderful wedding memory.

Update, it turns out that the fourth attempt at getting my tuxedo correct did not arrive on Friday, 07 JAN 22 as promised, it arrived on Monday, 10 JAN 22, 5 hours after I had already boarded the cruise ship. Fortunately for us, we made some real quick backup decisions and found something that worked, so the day was not a total loss.

Now begins the long battle in returning yet another tuxedo and trying to get a refund. Once again, DO NOT BUY FROM MENSUSA.COM.

Horrible Customer Service

"Worst experience I ever had. Bought product online through website for an event. Guarantee of 3 to 4 day shipping. Tracking number pulled nothing other than they printed a label. They didn't ship nor did they probably ever have items in stock. Don't walk...run from using them. I went to my CC company to dispute since I received nothing of any substance from their customer service and went local to buy product. Better to pay more than deal with crooks."

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS

"This is a fraudulent company! Do not order from them. I placed an order on Black Friday night (last night) . Unfortunately I did not read their reviews first. I read their reviews right after ordering. I canceled my order within 30 minutes. They're located in California and I am on the East Coast. After emailing them I called their customer service number since it was still business hours there. I got a recording saying their customer service was working from home due to COVID-19 so they were only responding to emails. This is November 2021. No one is still working from home. I followed up with another email. No response.
This morning (Saturday) at 7:45 AM Pacific Time (we're they're located) they sent me an email stating that my order had been shipped. I had already emailed them once this morning before I received their email. I checked the tracking number they provided. It was FedEx. I called FedEx. They informed me that nothing had been shipped. That only a shipment label had been created. They told me that FedEx does not pickup or ship on Saturdays. I emailed them again telling them all of this information and demanded an immediate refund. I told them I would report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Facebook, and whatever California fraudulent business agency I could find. I've emailed them several times now without a response. I believe they also own MENSITALY.COM and SUITUSA.COM.
I'm reporting all of them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE FRAUDULENT BUSINESSES!

The worst experience

"Where to start: they go out of they to give you the most herbal customer service you will ever experience. I am in a wedding party and everyone is wearing a top hat. I order one on Friday paid a lot for two day shipping. When Tuesday came around and I still did not receive my package I tried calling them and took me almost 24 hours to get a hold of someone. FedEx that is delivering the package told me multiple times that if they call in and change the address to the hotel I'm staying in that they would be able to deliver it on time. They lied multiple times that they had called FedEx when they did not. Now it is too late and I am going to look really bad at the wedding been the only one without a hat. They hung up on me twice. Not sure if they are even a real company. I do not wish this experience even on my enemies"

DO NOT buy from Men's USA unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to make a return

"Horrible company!! They misrepresent their products and their return process is an absolute nightmare! Return policy on website says "free returns," "unconditional returns," and "free return shipping." None of that is true. In the email order confirmation they have a different return policy than what is on their website and the policy in the email is what they will tell you that you "agreed" to during check out. When trying to get them to let us return the suits that we did not want, they actually offered us money to just keep them. When we didn't accept their offer they told us that we will have to pay to ship the suits back and also pay a possible restocking fee. By the way, this horrendous return experience is the same even if the fault is on their end, e.g. they sent you the wrong product, a flawed product, or they misrepresented the product. They also mislead you into thinking that all their suits are 100% wool which is not true. If you've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company and need to contact them other than through email, use this number 1-***-***-**** and when the automated menu options come on just hit 0. This connected us right away with a representative. We can't say that talking to a representative over the phone vs. email did any good but it's at least quicker than waiting days for them to respond to your emails. If you have not yet done business with them heed our warning and look elsewhere for suits. Also, beware that Men's USA, Men's Italy, and Men's Tuxedo USA are all names for this company."

Vanessa Rude , Disrespectful and obnoxious

"contact this administration concerning my order. They failed to refund me due to the item was no longer in stock. I spoke to Vanessa who put me on hold for 20 minutes. When she returned to assist me there was no acknowledgment or an offer of a apology for being hold. I provide her my information concerning my refund. She became very disrespectful and rude when I asked why it so long to reimburse me when I submit my reply to the email. She became very rude , loud and obnoxious. When I started stated quoting the fair debts collection act to her , she just repeat the same behavior. I asked for a supervisor. She said she was the supervisor and hung up on me. Moving forward I am gonna put this out there on social media, family , friends, co workers, the general public , churches, mosques and military comrades. I am gonna ask them not to patronize Men’s USA. We must stop or nolonger spend our hard earned monies with business that don’t respect us. If it was not for the customers Men’s USA wouldn’t be in business and there employees would not be employed. The behavior that Vanessa display is a comfortable behavior she is use to displaying. Now I am in North Carolina, could you imagine what her attitude like right there in Los Angeles California.. Thank You Vanessa for your disrespect."

DO NOT BUY FROM MENSUSA

"I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM MENSUSA. I ordered a $230 jacket from them which was the worst possible quality I could imagine and big enough for 2 people to wear and then some. Before purchasing the agent specifically told me that I could return it if it wasn’t the right size which was why I decided to go ahead. WORST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE BELIEVING HIM. I called and emailed only for them to say it’s a final sale. No returns only exchanges. So basically I’ve lost $230 on CRAP! DO NOT BE LIKE ME. DO NOT ORDER FROM MENSUSA. Worst return experience

"I ordered 2 jackets as a Christmas gift last year. They did not arrive in time for Christmas, so they sat at work while we were all on holiday. When I contacted the company to return the jackets, it took several emails back and forth because the company wanted me to take a credit and buy something else from them. For the next couple of days I kept asking my husband to look through the website. When he finally did, he didn’t find anything and after a bit more back-and-forth, I got a return authorization. I thought the worst bit about this bad buying decision would be the HUGE return shipping price tag-- over $70!!!

Sadly, it got worse.

By this time the covid issues had started and we weren’t allowed to leave home. When it was OK to return to work and get the jackets shipped, the company emailed me that I was “too late.” Then, they emailed to ask if it was OK to charge my card to send back the jackets we didn’t want. (Seriousy?!) I said no, explained the delay, but did not get a response. Instead, the jackets just came back. Now I am out the original purchase price and an additional $72.19.

I wish I had seen the horrible reviews before I tried buying anything from this company. No matter what product you see on their website, try to buy it from a reputable company that wants you to be happy. Men’s USA is not that company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MENSUSA.COM

"I placed an order on 13 August 2020. The order was sent to my residence on 17 Aug 2020. Two 100% linen suits, one taupe and one blue. I ordered those suits for my son’s wedding. The suit blue in color, pants and jacket, the same brand, same manufacture, but NOT the same blue.
I like very much the taupe and I’m planning to keep that one. However, I called, spoke with Jennifer at customer service and told me that she couldn’t help me, that I would have to send an email to the company addressing the issue.
I sent an email addressing the issue. I sent them photos showing the difference in color and one of their reply was that they can do an exchange, but due to COVID-19 they are not doing refunds.
Based on their 100% Satisfaction & Money back Guaranteed, the policy doesn’t state anything related to COVID-19.
I would like to return the suit and get a full refund.
