"Terrible customer service. Mensusa or Suitusa - they seem to be the same company. There is lots of conflicting information on the site. I ordered from these guys and my suit shipped out several days later than expected. When it arrived it was the wrong size and they make it difficult if not impossible to return for a refund. I will be disputing the transaction on my credit card. It is crazy places like this exist anymore with all the great options online. Stay away from this company "
"Like others, the experience left a horribly bad taste.
Ordered 3 suits based on pictures and descriptions but received different suits, also with size errors. Actual goods sent were not as pictured.
Trying to return the suits was virtually impossible.
Responses to e-mails were next to impossible to come by.
A free shirt was to be shipped as some sort of compensation, but no confirmation of such has ever been received. Again, e-mails go unanswered.
Recommendation is to avoid with extreme prejudice!

I purchased a hat for $65 and paid $10 shipping. The hat I received in no way resembled the hat shown and described on their website. When I inquired about returning it, they said it would cost $15 to send it back and they would also charge me an additional $25 for the initial shipping! They said it's not worth returning so they would credit me $25 on my credit card. WHAT A SCAM. 100% customer satisfaction?? Yeah, right. Word to the wise-avoid dealing with this outfit. They're not interested in your satisfaction, just their bottom line!"
"This store is not worth bothering with and mainly a scam. They do not accept returns, no matter what their return policy says, and they have no interest in customer satisfaction or even a professional conduct. Emails are not being responded to and they avoid customer contact wherever they can. Avoid this business or be prepared to lose your money for good. "STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Horrible experience and even worse level of service to customers. Spoke with Jonas (wholesale manager) and owner, Alberto. Placed order on a Saturday and ended up having to add an additional $10 per suit because Jonas misquoted the wrong price yet they would not honor the price they quoted. I confirmed on Monday for 2 day shipping to be received by Wednesday as customer needed suit for wedding on Friday. Made this fully clear to Jonas even paid extra for 2 day shipping! On Thursday, still didn't receive order and advised needed refund and FedEx return label. Still didn't receive on Thursday and didn't receive any correspondence from Jonas. Escalated on Friday as still not received till later in the day and received no apology or correspondence. No response to request for refund or return label on Saturday. Called again on Monday and Jonas ignored my call and let it go to voice mail. Called main number and he miraculous answered. Acted as if he knew nothing and ended up giving me to owner, Alberto, who was un-yielding, told me to return the suits at my own cost for a refund and promptly hung up in my face. We ultimately had to find a replacement suit for our customer here locally and as a local, small business retailer we ultimately lost money doing business with this company! Will never do business with them again and will certain tell everyone I know to never do business with them as well."
"Ordered 2 blazers a pair of shoes and a suit and requested overnight shipping. It showed on their website all of the items were available but I received 1 blazer overnight and was informed (after I called in) they did not have the other items in stock and it would be shipped from other locations at a later date. Moral of the story.... Don't trust them with your online purchase, order from somewhere else more reputable. "
"If you are thinking of ordering from Men's USA don't! My fiancé and I were searching for a green tuxedo blazer for our wedding. We found a nice Hunter Green Velvet Tuxedo Blazer on the Men's USA website. We placed the order and were eager to get the blazer.
The package arrived and before we even got the blazer out of the box we could tell that it wasn’t what we ordered. We were immediately disappointed to see that the blazer we received was not the same one featured on their website. It was the wrong fabric, wrong color and poorly made. We contacted customer service by email per their website’s request with picture evidence of the misrepresented item to request a refund. Their website states, “100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! We guarantee our product quality.” This is a lie! They don’t offer a 100% money back guarantee. It also states, "If somehow we mistakenly misrepresented the item we will reimburse the full amount paid.” We received a misrepresented item and instead of offering us a full refund they offered to credit our card $75 and let us keep the cheap looking blazer.
If you want to waste your time, get the wrong item and waste your money place an order with Men’s USA today. If you want to get a quality product and good customer service purchase from another vendor."
"In a word, great. Item (red tartan tuxedo jacket with shawl collar!) arrived two days after ordering. I was almost immediately provided a tracking number after my order and received text updates.
The packaging looked professional - flat box paper taped all around.
Opening revealed a plastic bag with the jacket on a nice hanger.
Jacket is well made with an "Italy" tag inside. Seams match. No wavy stitching. No fraying. I'll have to wear it to a few dozen parties and see how it holds up but it LOOKS GREAT and feels comfortable.

Only one problem. Item description says wool. Jacket is polyester. Did I expect a wool tuxedo jacket for $110? Well, heck yes. That would have been a steal. But the description said wool so I'm going to contact them about it and see what happens."
"Bought a Ralph Lauren Wool Coat and a black Suit, Price $348 total. Then ordered second navy suit for $99, now $448. A week later I received an “Enzo” wool coat and the worst suit I had ever seen, and it took several phone calls (and about $30 USPS Ground) to returned the two. I received other suit, and it was great for an Italian knockoff Made in China. I asked them to send me the same one in black and they overcharged me $30, never again! They are either completely stupid, or just act that way."
"We placed an order for a tuxedo AS PICTURED AND LABELED on MensUSA website--it was a light grey Joseph Abboud tuxedo. We placed the order for a two day shipping. First error, we didn't receive the tux in 2 days. Biggest error--what came in the mail was a medium grey "no name brand" tuxedo! We called to ask for MensUSA to pay the return shipping as it was their error and a supervisor named Andrea kept insisting that we did indeed receive the correct tuxedo and that WE were mistaken! So we are currently disputing the charge with our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!! We will be reporting them to the BBB and leaving this negative review on every website possible with the hope that they won't be able to rip someone else off!"

I have ordered a Royal blue suit they sent me a dark navy almost black. It is ridiculous.
They pretend they are selling their brand but they lie. You will be surprised to see they ship you something different. They get pictures from other sites for an item they don't really have.
And you have to pay for return shipping even they shipped the wrong item. waste of money and time."

They misrepresented their return policy- website clearly states 0% restocking fee and the customer care rep said it states 10%. Then he yelled at me and hung up. This company is very unprofessional!! I was planning on ordering a pair of exotic shoes and two satin shirts. I noticed the price was almost doubled from what i've seen in all of my local stores and on other websites. I opened a chat and asked if they price match and was told that they do.. I was instructed to call in because they were unable to do it through the chat, so i did! Long story short, the rep that answered the phone asked what the other site's name was, then told me to email them a link to that site so they could see it! I replied that I wanted to purchase the items now and asked how long it would take for them to respond and was told 3 to 5 business days!!! I am trying to place an order, and you are telling me that I have to wait until the middle/end of next wk!??? IT IS 1:35pm on WEDNESDAY!!! Are you SERIOUS!!?? Then I was told that they were short staffed and if I didn't want to email them but speak to a cust srv rep, it would be a 40 min wait on hold... In which case I said that was fine... He repeated it as if I didn't hear him... I guess he wasn't expecting me to say that! So I was placed on hold for about 7 mins. Then, someone else picked up the phone. I explained the situation and was told that they wouldn't do the price match because the other site was selling the same item for less than they were willing to go..??? What??? So asked, do you price match or don't you?? He replied, we do, but it is at our discretion...
That was a weird response considering it was a legit competitor, but it wasn't a total deal breaker for me. I was about to purchase a $425 pair of exotic shoes and two $59 shirts (which are really $30 just about everywhere else)... I decided to delete the shirts and just get the shoes when I noticed there was no option for paypal... This is my 1st interaction with this company so i was a little skeptical... It dawned on me to do a search for reviews on this company/website... THANK GOD!!! I read about 8 reviews from other people, that total fit the character and integrity of this foolishness I just experienced. A few of them seem very shady... "Tuxedo made of Polyester/Rayon sold as Super120 wool.
I bought a tuxedo from Men's USA. The receipt and web site said it was made of Super 120 wool. When I receive the tux I noticed it was missing any label regarding the fabric. That made me suspicious so I asked a local taylor and dry cleaner. They all say it is Polyester. I found the same brand and model tux on another web site where it says it is Polyester/Rayon blend. Men's USA still insist it is wool and will not explain why the fabric tags have been remove.

"I attempted to purchase a pair of mens dress shoes for my fiancee for our wedding. I placed the order on a Wednesday and grew concerned by Friday as I hadn't received any shipping information. I emailed cust serv as instructed on the website and was called several hours later that the shoes were not in stock in his size. Why wasn't this info conveyed 2 days prior when I placed an order for 135.00? Better yet why didn't the merchant remove his size from the website. Even after this fiasco they show the shoe is "available" in a size 12 on the site.
I am very unhappy with the reactive nature of this company and will not do business with them again. "
