If you are referring to the in store purchase you might get 3 or 4 stars. The in store clerks are mostly helpful and always friendly. But sometimes I have a hard time finding things and so do the sales associates: seems you move things around a lot (your in-store organization and inventory could use a little improvement)."

"Micro Center delivered on time and at a great price. Item's shipped fast! My only complaint is lack of a box for my product. It was shipped as is with no outer brown box (computer monitor). My biggest issue with this is that it left the item exposed to the public and the weather when FedEx left it lackadaisically on my front stoop. At least an outer standard brown box would have had some additional protection and secrecy.
Outside of that, service was fantastic."
