1st Able we never charge your card its only authorize to make sure card have fund after order get process then we charge you can verify this with your credit card company if this was authorize or full charge. This really wrong mr **** you said we we take people money.. We are not here to take peoples money we are here to serv them if we can not we cancel the order

I never received the message about not having the item and it was listed on their website as "NEW" so I don't understand why it needed to be tested prior to shipping. They never had the item in stock and they do not have most of the items they list on their website in stock. It's all fake so they can scam people out of money. This bogus site needs to closed down.

To the Owner: I have edited my original review of your company. And I have only added truthful information because as a consumer people need to be aware of your POOR Business practices. You should stop trying to rip people off and run an honest business but I doubt that will ever happen. Good luck and I hope you end up in jail with other criminals just like you.

"SCAM is right!!!!

Ordered 2 computer monitors.Received confirmation email from Microparts with order number and everything.

A month later the monitors never arrived. I've called customer service which is some kind of fake recording that supposidly puts you into a voicemail box that is perpetually full. There are no other options except to go directly to this full mailbox.

I have emailed as well and asked for a status report or tracking number and have gotten no response.When I try to go log in to the website it now no longer recognizes my user name so I can't even go see my order on the site. "

"First time ordering from this company. Colleague originally found the part we needed from this company and printed out the webpage. 60% cheaper than the OEM part from Dell. Went to order the part a couple of days later and it had gone up by $20. I called and they told me they would honor the original price of $370/ea. They quickly processed my order (they read the notes I left) and sent me a corrected invoice within minutes. All the sales representatives were fast and professional."

"This company is not legit. They take your money and you will never hear from them again. I ordered a hard drive on Feb 15th and still have not received it or heard back from them. They sent me an email saying that my product was shipped through FedEx, but there was no tracking number or even a freight time.I have called several times and sent emails to the general help desk with no response.
