"I bought the program but due to lightning ruining my computer a few months afterwards, the program couldn't be reloaded to new computer. They require you to uninstall it from old computer but with the old one not working this is very difficult task. So I am without the programs needed for my business nd trying to find an option without having to pay twice for the program within months. Very frustrating"

"After installing the software I realized that the software installed was in 32 instead of 64 bits, this because of my error not having completely removing the old software. Thanks to Microsoft to resend me an image with written information how to reinstall, which ran smoothly.
