"MS Office Suite 2019 Professional was what I 'bought'. I followed the emailed instructions for installing it and after 2-days and many hours (on my own) trying - since no one from their customer service called me back per my request - I finally got Word and Excel to start up and run.
I previously had MS Office 2013 suite installed and MS Project 2019 installed. I had to delete Office 2013, but I didn't expect to lose my MS Project 2019.
Not happy at all and I will likely have to buy MS Project 2019 again.
