"I bought a new Dell XPS13 laptop, and paid for the Windows 11 Pro upgrade. Cost twice as much as Microsoft Softwares. And there were problems installing and activating. After about 5 hours with about 12 tech support people from both Microsoft AND Dell itself, the problem was never solved. VERY frustrating. So as dumb as this sounds, I just bought the Win 11 Pro upgrade from Microsoft Softwares for half the price, reluctant to buy it "again", but I hate wasting time with stupid support. It took all of 5 minutes to download, insert and activate the license key, and my laptop recognized it just fine. I almost fell off my chair it was so easy. Unbelievable!! But believe my, this is the best service at the lowest cost. Totally happy with this purchase, and will certainly recommend this to anyone else. Thanks."
