"When I placed the order for the Activation code to go from 10 Home to 10 Pro, I thought it would be a piece of cake to input and move on. This was not the case. I thought the code was bad, due to information plastered on the screen. But, come to find out there was a trick to making this upgrade happen. I sent an email Microsoft Softwares and quickly received a reply. I had to send them back another reply showing a problem and boom, a reply. This reply had me taking a few extra steps to input the new code and it seemed annoying but, I followed them. After going through the steps, everything worked. The computer is now up to Windows 10 Pro and working fine."

"I wanted to purchase MS Office 2019 Pro. I paid for it and downloaded womething -- I know not what. When I called up Word, I got something that looks like Word 365, that is it operates in the "cloud". II am especiially leery of such an arrangement, having been burned a couple of times by organizations that "changed their procedures" leaving me out in the cold.
II am quite unhappy with this arrancgement and plan to request my money back."
