"I didn’t have outlook on new computer and I’ve used Office for over 25 years both at home and in private sector. Usual name, address, credit card details collected, download link and key provided by email. I opened email on phone got download link and started download. Hour or so later (slow wifi) and install completed. Started Word, entered key and activated."

"I have an HP laptop running Win 10 Pro and MS Office 2016. No problems until today when completely out of the blue, the messages in Outlook would only half appear or not appear at all. Aftern un-installing Office 2016, I had a problem opening a Word doc that I had encrypted, as the encryption feature wasn't part of Word 2007. Long story short, I ended up re-downloading Office 2016. So, after half the day and another $39.99 spent, the problem was solved. I'm the kind of person that will go to the ends of the earth to get something back up and running the way it should be...I mean, everything else gets put on hold. It's fixed, and now I can get on with stuff I should have been doing about 5 hours ago. My story...ur welcome to it. :) "

"Software worked and was a great price. It wouldn't activate the standard way (online). It gave an error message that my license had already been used the maximum number of times. I contacted the seller who told me to activate it by phone, which worked. The communication from the seller was clear enough, but had the feel that it was written by someone who's primary language is not English. So, I am pleased with the end result and the price, but it left me wondering if the whole thing is above board.

It would not install and every attempt to seek help was most likely computer generated without consideration for the opening sentence. I don't know where to go to get help or to cancel the order and payment. I would like to have the purchase installed because I have used Microsoft Office for years and like it very much. I need human help that I can understand and execute correctly."
