"Assuming this survey is about MS Office 2019 I purchased as a download from Microsoft Softwares LTD in 2020, I have the following to say: Initially the software loaded successfully on my laptop and the product worked for activation. However, while I was doing a required MS Win 10 Pro update, I got the "blue screen of death!" And it was unrecoverable. When I returned home, I reloaded the Office suit from the email I received in 2020. While it loaded, I could not activate it - the product code was deemed invalid. I have attempted to contact Microsoft Softwares LTD via their customer support email address twice (a week or so apart), and also via their phone number - got their voicemail and no response. Note: their website states "24/7 support!" So, the clock is ticking on my ability to use the product, since it says without activation, my use will expire 29 days after I installed it. NOT happy!"
