First download failed but I restarted and it completed without any failure. The software installed was 32 bit.
I have a 64 bit OS, so wondering if 64 bit version could have been installed. It shouldn't matter much though!"

"Purchased the PC Version on accident and the person who works in support said they could only refund a portion, since they already sent me the link. BUT if I bought the MAC version, they could do a 100% refund (and the MAC version is double the price).
