"I ordered 2016 MS Office 10/27/20 at 10:30. It didn't download and install until 12;00 the next day 10/28/20. I sent and received several emails with no help. All they replied with was wait until it downloads. when I got the download instructions it said 6 hrs to download. then at 10:00 last nite said 4 hrs until finished. so I let it download. At 7:00 this morning it showed 2 hrs before download and finally at noon it finished. That's rediculous but I finally got it on my pc. Had I known it would take that long, I would have looked for another source to get the application. Very irritated over the whole process and support wasn't supportive with their short responses. "
