"They make you pay return shipping when they are the ones that made the mistake. Then they have a ridiculous reason to cover everything they do to make it look like the customer was it fault for everything."
"Shipping after 10 days to this retailer seems to be acceptable but customers expect much better. In fact you are lucky if you only wait 10 days, it can take much longer. No one there seems to really care that this is very poor performance. "
"They had what I needed and at a lower price than even Amazon. Everything was in stock and shipped within the estimated window they provided. Their website states you should expect delays right now but I received my order 2 days earlier than expected. I'll be using them again. "
"I placed an order for 3 pounds of reloading powder that they said was in stock. I was charged for all three pounds of powder, plus shipping, tax, and the HAZMAT fee. I received ONE pound of powder, with a not that said my "other items may be shipping from a different loacation". Well, a week and a half goes by, and I haven't received the powder, or ANY correspondence from the company. When I emailed them, I received a note back saying "Those items are on backorder, with no ETA" !
So now, I paid them $166.90 for ONE pound of powder! After multiple emails to the company, they agreed to cancel the backorder, and refund me $88.50, which is less than they owe me. I contacted the BBB, and opened a complaint. The BBB tried numerous times to help me out, but Midsouth Shooters Supply refused to do anything. So, I would highly advise people NOT to trust this company. They over sell their inventory, then leave the customer high and dry, with the full charge on your credit card, with no clue if and when you MIGHT ever receive your merchandise. Buyer Beware with this company, they are not to be trusted."

I entered my card 4 times. 4 times I got declined. Now it's out of stock. Nice !! Never have a problem with anyone else. It's not my card guys, It's you.
I've read other similar reviews on AMMOSEEK with cards getting declined. That's o.k., many other places to buy from."
"I have placed several orders during the pandemic. They've never cancelled one. Shipping can take 7-14 days, but they clearly state this on their site. I've never had an issue with anything purchased and will continue to support them once the pandemic ends."
" Order placed on March 2nd(backorder only) I waited until mid March before I emailed and was informed they would be receiving product on April 4th at which point it would be shipped to me. April 4th comes and goes, I contact the company again and am told they still haven't received the product. I periodically email about once every two weeks and am told the same story. Then I called them last Thursday and was told they would be receiving the shipment from Speer on Monday, at which point it would be shipped out. Emailed this afternoon and now I'm being told that they don't know who I spoke to but they still haven't received the shipment and have no idea when it's coming in. I placed my order back on March 2nd, the only notifications/updates I received were when I called or emailed them. I was given the run around for 2 months and 16 days and never received my product. I passed up purchasing the same product multiple times from Midway because I wanted to support the smaller company but today was enough(I got updates from Midway 3 times during this period informing me that the product was in stock but I really wanted to give Midsouth the benefit of the doubt). I ordered from Midway and within one hour my product was packed and is shipping as I write this. Sure Midsouth's prices are lower but at what cost? I mean what good is a lower price on a product you never receive? Terrible customer service/zero concern about keeping the customer updated. Definitely do not reccommend.

"I have been using Midsouth Shooters Supply to buy mainly reloading supplies for several years now. They have given me good service in that time, with accurate information as to whether products are in stock and they generally process the order and ship quickly too. And they occasionally run free Hazmat specials too, which I take advantage of when I need powder or primers. Their shipping rates are reasonable also. I will continue to use this vendor in the future as they have proved to be a reliable conmpany to place orders with for me."
"Steer clear of MSS if you value your money and quality of merchandise. Very unreliable shipping and ordering procedures. Notification of your order and shipment is sketchy, leaving customers in the dark about the status of orders. They must use chimpanzees to box your purchases, because they have the worst warehouse picking and packing I've experienced. Wrong items sent, huge hassles to return mis-shipments and get correct items, and loose packing of purchases (they emphasize "open spaces" in their shipping cartons) so a 5lb box of bullets gets to fly around inside the container and bash the other items ordered."
