"will never order from them again. ordered a gun that was supposed in stock on 2/6/12 from them. a couple weeks later I emailed to see where it was at. they said they were waiting on it from their suppliers and couldn't give a date on when it would be there. then their website shows product wasn't in stock. for some reason i gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited til the end of march before i contacted them again. the phone service was suspended but i was able to get a hold of them. still same story about suppliers so i asked them to refund my money. surprisingly they refunded my money without question. thats the only reason i give them 2 stars. and after cancelling my order and getting my money back, i saw on their site that the same gun i ordered was back in stock. kind of a shady company if you ask me"

what ever you do dont order anything from these people. finally recieved a crosman m4/.177 bb/pellet gun , opened the box it had loose parts no literature and the bb gun was loaded with airsoft ammo , these people had the nerve to send us a customer return, i am contacting the wisconsin states attorneys office iam tired of the b.s."
