"I have had the same horror as most. Made my order 2 weeks ago and its still processing with no guarantee that it will be shipped or a timeframe of how much longer it will be before they ship it. When I ordered my stuff I was happy because this store had the best price. Though I guess it's true you get what you pay for, in this case you don't pay for much other than the comfort that you want this item! Just don't expect it to arrive. At least not within the same quarter. I basically paid to put something on my wish list. And customer service is a joke. You practically have to send them an email for them to tell you they are not concerned with your purchase since they already have your money. Instead they tell you that you will have to wait! They offer no remorse or care for their customers. They have no concern where your stuff is or when you will receive it. This company has unreliable Suppliers, which make them unreliable. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon. A mistake I had to learn the hard way!! I will pay extra in the future for my stuff rather than deal with another disaster like this! "It was ok. The item I ordered contained a listing error. The quantity was inaccurate. Customer service contacted me and allowed me to cancel the order. Customer service was fast and efficient."

"Terrible experience. Customer Service Phone number is "suspended", so only online/email support is available. Orders take 7 - 10 business days to ship. When I canceled due to the long leadtime to ship, I was told they have a 15% cancellation fee, which of course I found unacceptable. Customers seem to be the last priority for this business."

"First, the price that was posted was for only 500 rds, when advertised as 1000 rds.. I believe this was a bait and switch situation, and am hesitant to do business with you again. I certainly won't be recommending your company, if I don't see better service, in the future.

Now, I can't even find out the status of my order, without calling, because the order status is unavailable, due to (according to the error message on the Web site) incompetence in the IT Dept., and managements inability to ensure quality service is given to their customers, through their Web site.

"The over all shopping on this web site is very easy. Some of the product does need to have a better discription. Alot of he product just has a picture and does not go into any detail, but if you know what you are looking for this is the place to shop for it. I have shopped on other competeter web sites, and find this site much cheeper than the other sites for the same brand name product. the only down fall, if you need the item fast, the shipping does take a bit longer. I will continue to shop with Midwest Hunters Outlet. VERY satisfied..."

" Web site was easy to navigate and I placed an order 3/21 and got a quick confirmation. Today is 3/29 and the order is still in confimation/processing status. I have not received an e-mail to say why it has not shipped yet. I called the 800 phone number on their web site and you cannot reach a person-must go to another link and TYPE in your question. We will see how long that takes. I am a tournament bass fisherman and was looking for the order to be here by today. I am disappointed with this site and will not likely re-order from them."

"This place is atrocious. I ordered an 'In-Stock!' item on 3/11, and never heard anything back. No clips, no update, no nothing. Apparently the item isn't in stock, even though my order status has said "In Processing' for weeks now.

I tried calling, but they have no active phone customer service (guess they just put the phone number up to make themselves look legit)...

So I wrote them on their contact form only to get the complete run-around now, for a week now. They made me give them all my order info (that they should have), and then it was supposed to be cancelled within 24 business hours. It's now been 3 days plus the weekend & my order is still not cancelled, nor have I heard a peep back.

AWFUL, AWFUL Customer service.

Guess if they weren't so busy gaming search engine results with all their various different websites they might actually be able to do what people have unfortunately trusted them to do.

The rep told me the credit card charge was just pending and would fall off. Not according to Citibank. The pending charge is still on there - DAYS after I asked for CANCELLATION.

Stay far FAR away from these meatheads!

UPDATE: I FINALLY got my order cancelled, but only after reporting them to the BBB & to my state's Attorney General. I suggest everyone do this!

"…SCAM... Wish I had read everyone’s reviews first. Placed my order on 2/15/12 (in stock item) money was withdrawn from my account on 3/1/12. Have not received my item yet…3/27/12. No response to my emails and there is no phone contact available. This is the best part of there webpage “As a family owned company we operate as a family under the principles of Honesty, Integrity, Responsibility, Respect and Moral Character”. Hope they don’t lose any sleep at night… I promise I will never do business with them or any of the other names they use."
