ZERO STARS

"My order was $68. They charged me THREE times for a total of $207. When I called they said it was pre authorization and to deal with it. I said $137 extra is an extremely pre authorization, one that was never stated on the website. So I emailed them. Two days later I got an email that was literally HALF of a sentence “sounds like a pre”. No solution. No customer service AT ALL. AVOIDE THIS COMPANY "

Worse Company Ever

"Ordered on 8/28. Received USPS tracking number. They say no package received by them. I called to cancel on 9/6 and they said I could not since package mailed. I said not according to USPS and they said I should check with UPS. I told them it was there business and their business to check on orders"

Charged 3 MONTHS for VIP, that I NEVER REQUESTED!!!

"I ordered some personalized pencils and a pencil case for my Granddaughter. Then all of a sudden, I keep getting monthly charges of $14.95 each on my bank account. I called the customer service number ***-***-**** and got transferred TWICE and they did NOT KNOW WHO I WAS, NO ACCOUNT INFORMATION. They sure as hell knew who I was every time they charged my account!!! 40 minutes on hold and nothing!!!! I now will have to dispute with my bank, because of these FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!!"

What’s one more 1 Star Rating

"I ordered a West Bend Slow Cooker on the 18th of December for $59.00, and paid $32.00 for over night shipping without ever getting what I ordered.

This was a gift for my 74 YO mom, who never actually says she wants anything for Christmas. She wanted this though to replace the one that had broken last week after 25 years of her using it. I ordered it last Wednesday, the 18th, paid the $32.00 to insure I’d have it by Christmas Eve, and here we are on on 12-27-2019 and still no West Bend slow Cooker.

I sent the emails to customer service that ask everyone to give them 24-48 hours to reply. They replied with an “I’m sorry”. They never addressed the fact I paid almost as much for the shipping as the product itself. They never said they’d ship another since the original is apparently lost. They haven’t done crap. They have failed to reply to any follow up emails.

Luckily I paid with a CC, and I’ll dispute the charges by the EOD tomorrow, and order elsewhere. I advise everyone to avoid this company. I will post this everywhere, not because the shipment got lost, but because of their indifference to the situation.

They deserve zero stars!!!!!

"I ordered a customized Christmas ornament on 11/30 and the last estimated delivery date given at the time of purchase was 12/13. On Monday, 12/10 I still had not received the tracking number showing it had shipped out. This was a gift for a Christmas party the evening of 12/13. I called them the morning of 12/10 and asked when it would be sent out. I was told since it was customized it takes longer to get it sent out. I explained that the delivery date said by 12/13 and that I needed the product. I was told that my order was in “pick” status which meant it would ship that day or the next. The rep told me that she would reach out to the shipping department and have the shipping changed to expedited and get it out ASAP. On 12/14, I still had not received a tracking number showing it had shipped so I called again. They had no record of them telling me they would expedite the shipping and get it in the mail. This time they told me that it would go out within 48 hours and that I would receive it by Christmas. I asked to speak with a manager because I am getting the same info that I was told 4 days prior. The Manager then tells me that there was an issue with their engraver and that is what the delay is and that is will for sure be arriving before Christmas. About an hour after getting off the phone that day, I received a tracking number. Today is 12/19 and the USPS tracking shows that they are still waiting to receive the package from Miles Kimbell. Basically, a label was created, but they do not have the package yet. I called again today (12/19) to find out why it still has not been sent. The person I spoke with tells me that she does not know where my package is at, but it will be arriving by Christmas. Not believing them at this point, I asked to speak to someone who can figure out where the package is at. I was put on hold for several minutes, then the same woman gets on the phone and says that her Manager said the item will not arrive by Christmas, they do not know where my package is, and they can’t replace it because the item is no longer available. The only thing she can do is issue a refund. So, I tell her to go ahead with my refund. She then says I will receive it within 1 to 2 billing cycles. I then ask her what is a billing cycle and I am told 1 to 2 months to get the refund. This was my first and LAST time to order from this company! They have the WORST customer service and WASTED my time and money!!!!!!"

What a disappointment

"Ordered a letter from Santa for my 4 year old grandson on November 15th. Never arrived. Called and was told they have no idea what happened and could only give me a refund. What good is that for a boy waiting to hear from Santa!! I had a problem last year....one Granddaughter received a letter before Christmas. The other AFTER Christmas. They live in the same house. I shouldn't have given them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

Non delivery & Bad Customer Service

"I ordered Christmas cards& paid in good faith on 11/14. My items have not shown up. The tracking number on USPS says pending. Their CS rep advised they don't use USPS, only UPS and to wait another day for a possible delay. Double checked both USPS & UPS website (still same info as before.) The 2nd CS rep today advised the same thing, except now I have to wait 2 more days from today-- not the shipping date which was 11/21. I asked to speak with a manager, since still no delivery, and I don't trust that either rep gave correct info since they contradicted one another. The "supervisor" was rude, interrupting me several times. She gave incorrect info on shipping address & said it was because it was I added a new shipping address (different from my billing address) This is the first time I have ordered from this company, so both my billing and my shipping address is new. Then "Nina" basically said they aren't responsible for my items not being delivered and I just have to wait to see" if it will be delivered". When I asked how much longer I am required to wait, she changed her explanation again. 3 MORE days after today. I will never order from this company again . Save your money, don't use this company!"

Horrible Company - Sells Junk and Has Poor Customer Service

"I bought a pet memorial stone for my dog in August 2017. Well, it is a piece of junk. I put it on my pet's grave but It did not make it through the winter. It crumbled and turned to dust. I called the Miles Kimball customer service to complain and they said they have a 45 day return policy. I said but it did not make it through the winter - I told them I would be happy to send them a picture of what it looks like now. They offered me $10 toward my next order. I said forget it - they should make me whole and give me my money back and the S & H I paid. I will never order anything from their catalog or their store again. For $35 they lost a customer for life - that is how much they value their customers. By the whole, the piece of junk pet memorial stone is still offered for sale in their catalog. Buyer beware!"

"Horrible! I ordered an item 10 days ago and still has not shipped. I contact customer service daily who stated they cannot refund and that it is processing to ship yet its been processing to ship for 10 business days. YET, It states on website delivery will arrive in 3-8 business days. Its been 10 and still no shipping! Horrible"

Horrible Experience

"I order 6 personalized ornaments on 11/24/17. I kept checking the status of my order which was "picked" after checking numerous times and no change I contacted the company I was told my order "must have been lost" in shipment. They asked if I would like to re-order or refund. I choose to re-order "if I would receive" by Xmas. I received no response. When contacting them yet again I was told the items were not available. Needless to say it is too late for me to go to any other store to get personalized items in time now. I would not recommend this company. I just wish I had read all the reviews prior I would have never ordered from them. Now lets see how long it takes to get my money back. "
