"Miniinthebox is another shining example of a company that you will have to be “lucky” not to have problems with. I can only speak for the product I bought but clearly they are using cheap low quality suppliers and relying on luck to hope they will at least last long enough to pass their very very short warranty period. In my case a mobile phone cover for an Iphone lasted no more than a few weeks. You will be able to contact them and they will be very polite but they will basically try their hardest to deceive you into poultry refunds and tell you things which later turn out to be untrue. I will try and post pictures of the quality you receive. Basically the case around the phone came apart in an area not under stress etc. They admitted it was fully down to them, yet, for some reason (clearly money!) they used all their tricks to get you to accept first 30% then 50% then finally 70%. But then they employ another trick of deducting all the postage and insurance so you will end up getting on 55% or something like that. Having told you that it will be refunded directly onto your card, guess what…they don’t! It goes on your account so you can waste more money with them. There is an option to withdraw which I have not taken as I suspect more charges will be made but mainly because I am still in dispute with them. They will string you along with this so called customer service for weeks, as in my case, all the time promising to resolve to my satisfaction but never actually doing so. When a company states “It is undeniable that we caused these troubles” should there be any reason why the customer is left with an offer of only half their money back and a useless piece of plastic? You decide for yourselves before placing any order iof these are people you want to deal with?
Moral of the story is that if you buy something from Miniinthebox, you may indeed be lucky or one of those people who don’t use an item much and very unlikely to be affected by the cheap quality with premium price. For most other though, as you can see from all the reviews, you will be far better off dealing with companies with a far better supply chain, standards of quality and common decency. I won’t say they are scammers as they did actually send what was ordered, but they are as close as you can get!! From my experience I would say that Miniinthebox should be avoided as even if you see something a few pounds cheaper in the UK, you will be taking a huge gamble that it will last and you are very very unlikely to get all your money back when things do go wrong which is highly likely.

I ordered a case and protective glass for a Samsung A10. Despite being advertised on Miniinthebox as for the A10, when it arrived the camera slot did not line up, the button placement was wrong, and the cover completely blocked the headphone jack. In addition, the protective glass I ordered (also advertised for the A10) was too wide and too long.
When I asked for an exchange, miniinthebox replied that it would only make an exchange or refund if I paid to ship the item to China.
Here is the kind of thing a customer should never have to hear from a lying retailer:
