"Cheap KNOCK-OFF. Ordered a replacement case for my Galaxy S6 and its a POS. The buttons don't work right and the silver frame arrived bent so I had to try to straighten it out before using it. The pic's on the sellers site show a SPIGEN but what you get is a piece of crap that doesn't fit the same as the original. The buttons are hard to push. This will be my last buy on this site. Should have paid extra for the original."
"A very BIG warning if purchasing from Mini in th Box in the U.K.....I ordered a Fitbit watch strap and was asked to pay a £11customs charge when the PO tried to deliver! I questioned this with Mini in the box and a 6 week discussion about who was responsible started. There is no warning on their site when ordering and I had paid a delivery charge when purchasing so was surprised to have to pay this. Eventually the PO returned the package to them as I did not collect and pay the charge and Mini in the Box refunded me without my original postage charge. AVOID THIS SITE AS YOU COULD FIND THAT YOU WILL BE PAYING THROUGH THE NOSE FOR AN ITEM YOU CAN GET CHEAPER IN THE UK!"

"I ordered a Fitbit HR band, paid for it. I should have checked where Miniinthebox are. Turns out to be a dodgy Chinese company. Paid for expedited shipping as it was a gift - was told it would take 3 to 4 days. The gift never arrived and they do no respond to queries from their Contact Us page.
As dodgy as they come.

I gave it to a homeless women on the street and she was very happy
They wanted to give me a $5 coupon which I refused.
Then they said they will re-ship me the correct product free of charge, after i had to demand it from them.
They shipped me a fidget spinner worth $5
So I'm still without my Genuine leather Black mobile phone Wallet, costed me $85 including the custom fees, which I had to pay for my package, and it is not even $20 worth
If you want to receive quality and the correct products, never even consider to buy from MiniInTheBox, as you will be robbed of your money.
Rather give your money to a homeless person, at least you will feel good about it.
