The only problem dealing with MIXPC is that after placing my order they started to SPAM me with sales offers. However, these stopped after I responded to one of these requesting to be removed."

I was just a little disappointed when the tracking info showed the shipment originating in California. It took a full seven days for the unit to arrive.

It would have been nice to have that little bit of information when the order was placed. I could have selected a different shipping method.

"I got a request for an Enermax 305series case for a new PC. Searched around on PriceWatch and found MIXPC with a good price and free shipping. Checked there rating before buying and figured I'd take a chance on someone new. Big Mistake! I received a tracking number and my case arrived in a speedy manner. Noticed that the box it was shipped in wasn't an official Enermax box. I kind of figured something wasn't right with this picture. Sliding the case out of the box and there is a big bent in the right-side panel. This damaged didn't come from shipping either. It was bowed out with a 30 degree bend in it and no other damage to the case anywhere buy there. I looks as though someone had trouble getting the side panel on so they beat it back on! I e-mailed MIXPC about the problem and they only seemed interested in getting the insurance money from UPS.

I would have the say the case was a fake and had been damaged before being shipped out. MIXPC was only interested in getting there money for the case even if it meant frauding UPS!!!

I will never deal with them again!!!"

"I found these guys on PriceWatch, and ordered a GeForce 4 Ti4200 (64meg) card w/TV out from the company for $145, shipping included (very good deal). The price went up $10 the following day, but I was _not_ charged....I only had to pay the original $145 price. So I dont think they were trying to scam...it was just a coincidence.

I never did recieve a tracking number, but I still got the order in 4 business days. Still, it would have been nice if they had e-mailed me a tracking number as they said they would in their ad. They also said they would send me a confirmation within 48 hours...never got that either. The only response I ever recieved was my reciept. I had to e-mail their customer support area to confirm that the order had been sent.

Customer service answered my e-mail within 1 business day. Service wasn't stellar, but was acceptable. I would order from them again if the price was good enough."
