"I needed to make 13 custom books for a family and instead of going with a company I've worked with in the past I decided to try Mixbook because of the high rating and cost savings. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I made a test book and it was the worst quality I've ever seen. They graciously reprinted for free and although the photo quality was much better, the bindery production was horrific. I needed to have my 13 books printed and after several email exchanges and assurances of personal supervision, I skeptically went forward with the order. I couldn't believe what was delivered to me. Every book had a problem. I will never recommend this company to anyone."

"I have used 4 different online photo book companies for travel and sports photo books. Mixbook has been the best one for my needs, by far. Their service is quick and after using their services 14 times, I have never had an issue. The quality is as good or better than any of the photo book printing services that I have used. They are a little more expensive, but if you use their available discount (seems to be one every week) the pricing comes out about the same. Their choice of graphics, stickers, backgrounds, etc are adequate. Preparation of your photo book online, then ordering is very easy. I highly recommend Mixbook for your online photo book service.

In particular, the volume discount manager (Kelsey Farwell) was extremely helpful on several occasions.
