"The Mixbook service was great in all respects and simply doing the project was a lot of fun. I didn't believe it when I was advised how soon the books would arrive at my address, but when the delivery was bang on to the date I was really impressed. I had concerns to what I thought was rather high shipping and handling costs and when these concerns were voiced with a service person (Nicole) she handled the concerns very well, was sympathetic and said she would raise the concerns with Mixbook. The books ordered will be given as Xmas gifts for the great grandparents of the kids featured in the book and I am sure that they will get a real kick out of the many pictures therein. "I am very pleased with the book I created. Mixbook had many options for creating and unique project.

There are two things that I wish Mixbook had:
1. Option to import my own fonts. They had lots of options, but I wanted to use the same font from my wedding invitations and decorations.
2. A "proof" option. I proof read my project many times and checked the pictures and alignments as well but when I received my book I found some things I wanted to change. I knew this was probably going to happen so I only ordered one book, made the changes and then ordered the other 7 that I needed. It would have been nice to be able to print a basic copy to see how everything looked on paper before ordering.

"I wanted to create a family history; none of the other sites offered the flexibility I needed. Only you met my needs. One comment: You need to add international letters to your site. I needed accent marks and Spanish letters to make the book and had to use "work arounds" you suggested. I will hold off on another project until you have that available."
