Happy Easter on the month of March. As they arrived very close to Christmas I did not have time to contact Mixbook for replacement. Next time I will go back to shutterfly. I wish someone would've contacted me before printing them to let me know March July and September would not be labeled."

"After trying shutterfly, Costco photo service, and a couple of other online vendors to make a photo calendar for my family, I discovered mixbook. Uploading photos and using the tools to customize my calendar was very user-friendly. The ability to customize every page with easy tools was greatly appreciated. Instead of becoming frustrated like I did with the other vendors, I actually found the process enjoyable. It did take some time to learn everything but I'm sure my next project will be much quicker. From now on I will use only mixbook for photo books and photo calendars. With coupon codes and promotions the cost was comparable to shutter fly. Quality was outstanding ! Shipment was much faster than I expected. I ordered on December 23 and received my order on December 26. "

"For a first time user it was fairly easy to make the book. There were a few features that I would have liked to have known more about but I was able to create a book in a short while and it turned out great! I was pleased when the book arrived. "

"Based on ratings for quality and ability to manipulate photos this company was chosen. Everything went great while creating the first item but when my stepmother received another family's calendar which even had packaging material for another state bells went off. Had I known that had happened I would not have ordered six more items. Well I thought I had ordered more items but due to a "cookie" on my system I was unsuccessfully ordering more items; however, when no order numbers were coming through and three very unhelpful responses from their email customer service agents came through I decided to live chat. "Spoke" with different agents each time who apparently had no access to my previous issues over the past week. An entire day was wasted trying to get help and to figure out what was going wrong with my order. Previously issued discounts all lost: $250 worth. Hard to believe that I am/was the only customer who reported the "pink box stating my order had been successfully sent" along with screen shot. Anyway, 1 for customer service bc they responded and they were nice even if unhelpful. The second star is because my father told me he cried when he saw his album and it was very enjoyable making the calendars and albums. Would I use them again....not sure."
