"Took @ 10 days to print 2 books, I think they finally got printed because I complained twice. Your shipping sucks!. I do appreciate that you refunded my shipping cost because of "Unforeseen difficulty" during printing that I was NEVER notified of. Then when it was sent "Next day air" (as a courtesy for my second complaint) it went from California to Utah, to Kentucky, to Texas (my location is Houston, Texas)! This makes absolutely NO sense! I do love the quality of the books I have ordered in the past. I have done several with Mixbook, however it sees the more I use them the worse it gets. My previous books before this one the only issue was shipping. This one was time printing, no communication of problems and shipping. What will be wrong with any future books I may make? Will the same issues still exist and add quality become crap?"
"I created a 24 page wedding photo book of my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding in less than a day. I loved that I could change photo size and orientation and add in a photo when I needed to, but I didn’t have to completely design the book from scratch as required by some digital scrapbooking programs. It took me another day to tweak the titles and I was ready to order. I was also able to convert the original 12x12 design to an 8.5x8.5 to order one smaller version of the same book very easily as well.
When I received the three 12x12 and one 8.5 x 8.5 Lay Flat Hardcover Photo Books, I was thrilled with the quality of the Photo Books. They are wonderful – the colors are rich, the pages are heavy, the binding is sturdy. I also appreciated the secure packaging - protective cardboard boxes, shrink wrapped gift boxes, and shrink wrapped books. These are books that I am happy to own and delighted to give as gifts.
I will definitely tell everyone about Mixbook!"

When you are laying out your book online things that appear in one place do not necessarily end up in that place when you get your final product."

"I love MIXBOOK!!!!! My experience is great. my ONLY issue I have had is the search feature for stickers. It does not pull what I need easily. I would like to have more options of stickers and a better search method. i am currently making one for my daughters volleyball coach for Senior night. i could not e happier with how awesome it is looking, and I am so thankful for mixbook to be able to create such an awesome gift. Now each parent wants a book too!!! YAY"
