"I'm a big fan of photo books and have used a few different websites to make them. So far Mixbook has been the best. Their book designs are beautiful and easy to use. When I had an issue with my photo book upon arrival, customer service was excellent and timely in helping me get it fixed and getting a new book on the way. Definitely will be ordering more photo books from them."
"The frustrating part was up loading the 10 prints I got. It would only let me upload one at a time even though it had a function to upload several at a time. Every time I push the button to upload more than one at a time it didn't work.
The prints came fast but where bent in the mail, so your envelopes need to be stronger like shutterflys so they ant bend.
The quality was good of the prints.

"What a fantastic and easy to use website with so many options to use to make your book look incredible. I am NOT a crafty person and yet I am so happy with the way my daughter's graduation book turned out.
The only downside is if you are using pictures that are copied from a website (FB) or sent via text. The quality of the picture isnt good when trying to blow them up on the page so some of my pictures had to be really small.
I will definitely be making more books in the near future - what GREAT keepsakes!"

Shipping is quite expensive though - not sure why Mixbook doesn't combine shipping costs for multiple items since they were all delivered in the same package."

"I enjoyed making the book and using the program and the book was received quickly. However I had several problems with ordering. I put the book in the cart and changed the quantity to two and the price each was 137.-- I didnt order right then as it was late at night and I wanted to check it over one more time. The next morning I did a review and saw that the price now was 166.-- each. After having spent weeks on a 118 page book I didnt feel I had a lot of choice. I ordered and then contacted Mixbook about the price change. After several days and questions asked where the information was given in the original email I was given a credit of 28.--. Where they got that number from I dont know. I recived the books yesterday and have found that the blues are over saturated.....really bad. So, not satisfied. I contacted the company and they are reprinting. I can only hope they will be better. Meanwhile the 2nd book I started I decided to go elsewhere based on the first book first attempt. A 118 page book takes many many hours to complete and to have this happen is devestating. If it cannot be printed correctly I will have to do it again someplace else.
**Book was reprinted and came out great. Apparently they have Photo enhancers built into their regular books, I dont see anywhere to turn that off. My second printing was without the photo enhancements. I would think that there should be some quality control. It did take too long to work out via email and the online service was not available (in the middle of the day)."

"Very happy with my book! Pictures are clear, design is nice, No complaints. So glad Mixbooks started making 10x10 books.
I hope, however, that they add new layouts as their layout options are somewhat limited. Customizing can be time consuming when having to change layouts around so they do not look the same when having to reuse them. "
