Customer service was prompt courteous, and very helpful in getting me up to speed on my first attempt, a few years ago. "This rating reflects my overall satisfaction with Mixbook as I have previously had an excellent experience and have been very happy with the results. This past order however, left me completely heartbroken and sad. I worked hard to complete a photo book for my aunts 80th birthday party and family reunion. I was so excited preparing it, knowing that it would be the "hit" for everyone to share, laugh and enjoy during the celebration. I submitted the order and paid extra for the expedited shipping that ensured it would be here before we left (traveling out of state). Unfortunately, it did not get here and I only received word on the day that we were leaving that it would be shipping. Not only did we not have a gift to give, it would not be arriving until several days after we had left. I let Mixbook know and they promptly refunded my expedited shipping fee which helped but the disappointment was still palpable. I hurriedly put some photos together to create a $10 collage at Costco that we were able to pick up at our destination for the gift - which ironically, everyone loved! We returned home to find the book waiting here for us and will now have to ship it to my aunt. The book itself is very nice and I'm sure she will still enjoy it. Still hesitant to continue using them though."

"I love using mixbook. It's pretty easy to figure out how to use and any questions I had were answered quickly with the online chat. There were a few background pictures where mixbook said the quality wouldn't be good. I chose to use them anyway because they were backgrounds with pictures and writing covering them. I was not disappointed at all. I have used mixbook many times and have been happy with the outcome. The coupons are wonderful as well. This last labor of love that I did, however, was incredible. 91 pages of the lay flat look, hard cover. It's spectacular. Planning another one soon."
