"I actually love Mixbook albums, but I rated the company with only four stars because there is room for improvement with some functionality and user-friendliness. Specifically, editing text boxes is difficult. I have to click and unclick on boxes several times for it to highlight correctly. The options to manipulate and edit photos is limited. I wish there were more tools to crop, and adjust photos to fit in the provided templates. I love the album templates, but I find them a bit too rigid. I wish there was some customization available such as replacing a textbox with a photo. Maybe Mixbook does permit this, but I tried and didn't see that option. I also wish that I had the option to change the album theme at any point. Sometimes I change my mind in the middle of making an album, or a theme doesn't fit as well as I had hoped. Instead of having to start a whole new project, I wish there was a way to try on an album. That's my constructive feedback, but I keep coming back to Mixbook because it's still the easiest, classiest, and most affordable album making company I've found. I made my wedding album on your site - not only did I get to relive our special day while making the album, I'm a DIY'er so it was fulfilling to do it myself, it was about $800 cheaper than the photographers' album, and it looks just as professional. Keep up the great work, and keep making your site better!"
