"I went to this store on Nov 23 and bought a bed and a sofa. By the moment the bed wasn't in stock but we were told that it would be available by Dec. 15th, and the delivery would be after that date but before Christmas. I agreed. I called on Dec 19 to follow up my order and they say I am not going to receive anything before Jan 7th because they are completely booked. How is that possible? I mean, they are shipping newer orders before mine and they can't do anything? They say I don't have a delivery date scheduled but if I don't have it is because they didn't write it down in their system. I can't pay for their mistake! The only options they gave me was to pick up the furniture by myself (I can't do it, that's why I paid for delivery) or to cancel the order after an one-month waiting."

"I don't know where to start. First class scammers. Rude customer service. Bad quality. Criminals in the making. I had to pay upfront for a sofa 4 months ago. Each time I had to call to find out about my order rep was yelling at me. Yes yelling literally. 3 ex-cons delivered the sofa to my apt. My custom order was in fact a demo coach from their showroom. Do not buy from these people. Stay away."

"How is it possible that this company is opening new locations? I will never buy from them again. Less than 2 months ago I purchased over $4000 worth of patio & bar stool furniture & I can't get a reply from them on a defective piece. Their return policy stinks...read carefully before paying. They are quick to take your credit card but good luck getting a replacement on a defective item. Will never buy from them again & will continue to spread the word."

"MY WIFE & I PURCHASED A LONG ISLAND SECTIONAL GREY SOFA. WE CALLED & COMPLAINED ABOUT THE BROKEN LOCKS, THAT LOCKS THE SOFA PIECES TOGETHER & HOW THE FABRIC WRINKES BADLY, WHICK MAKE THE NEW SECTIONAL LOOK LIKE IT IS MANY YEARS OLD. IT WAS PURCHASED 11/03/2012. WE COMPLAINED 11/20/2012. THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING. WE ONLY WANTED TO EXCHANGE FOR A LONG ISLAND LEATHER SOFA. AGAIN THEY REFUSE TO HELP US OR DO ANYTHING FOR US. WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH BROKEN LOCKS & BAD WRINKLES--VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. "
