"I went to this store on Nov 23 and bought a bed and a sofa. By the moment the bed wasn't in stock but we were told that it would be available by Dec. 15th, and the delivery would be after that date but before Christmas. I agreed. I called on Dec 19 to follow up my order and they say I am not going to receive anything before Jan 7th because they are completely booked. How is that possible? I mean, they are shipping newer orders before mine and they can't do anything? They say I don't have a delivery date scheduled but if I don't have it is because they didn't write it down in their system. I can't pay for their mistake! The only options they gave me was to pick up the furniture by myself (I can't do it, that's why I paid for delivery) or to cancel the order after an one-month waiting."

Each time I had to call to find out about my order rep was yelling at me. Yes yelling literally. 3 ex-cons delivered the sofa to my apt. My custom order was in fact a demo coach from their showroom. Do not buy from these people. Stay away."
