"Pretty much my entire living room and patio is modani furniture that we've acquired over the years. I had a couch delivered that was missing a part and an umbrella that was slightly damaged in transit. The service two was able to locate the missing part in the factory and FedEx it to me. The umbrella was a more difficult process. I had missed the two week window because I had been traveling immediately preceding and following delivery. Normally I would have extended the umbrella to check for any damage but the base needed to be filled with sand to raise and extend and the drivers weren't going to wait the thirty minutes of troops up and down the stairs with buckets if sand so I didn't realize the minor damage (scratches and a small discoloration due to the metal running on the fabric in transit) until I returned from my trip. That was also the time that I realized the crank to raise and lower the umbrella was opposite of the stickers indicating which way it should be turned. This is a $1,000 umbrella after the sale. There is just no excuse for that.
Because I had missed the window they weren't going to do anything at all about the umbrella. When I pointed out that it took more than four days for my sales rep to return my email and that the attachment with the means of contacting customer service was corrupted and the photos clearly showed what could only be transit damage Stephania did whatever they could on their end and hit me a small refund. I'd have preferred one in pristine shape but the partial refund was at least an acknowledgement of the issue and inconvenience.
I will definitely buy furniture here in the future but I'll insist that the delivery people wait until every part of the furniture is installed, set up and examined, regardless of how long it takes. "

"I just moved into a new home and had to do a bunch of furniture shopping. Most of the stuff I ended up purchasing came from Modani. Why? Great looking stuff (stylish, modern), decent quality, and very good prices.
Most of the items were in perfect condition. However, the dining table came with some minor cosmetic damage. Gary from customer service helped me resolve the issue to my satisfaction, and I will definitely be coming back to Modani for future furniture shopping."

"Purchased a Bloom sectional in August 2020, delivery was supposedly confirmed about 3 weeks later. We got a notification that it had been delivered but stayed home all day waiting and never received anything only to find out they delivered to the showroom instead of our address. So it took them a couple weeks later and then when we finally got it, we started having issues with the feathers poking out of all the cushions, pillows and even the base. A couple weeks later they brought a new sectional and took the old one away as we did sign up for the uniters plan when we originally purchased. Sure enough after about a month later we started having the exact same issue with sharp feathers poking out everywhere making a huge mess like it was a chicken coop and very uncomfortable to sit on. They did give me a small refund but when we continue to have more and more problems with this they are being very difficult and providing extremely poor customer service and not willing to do the right thing by making matters any better. I would definitely not recommend Modani to anyone after the very poor experience we have had with them. They easily could’ve fixed the situation and done what was right and all would’ve been fine, but instead they are trying to play hardball."

"I went today with my partner to ModaniFurniture after doing a research on internet to get the best deal since we needed a sofa , accent chair and a mattress.
The Sales Rep Fred was at the entrance and offered help .
We really got the best deal and felt comfortable with Fred who not only was patient with us while selecting our furniture , and gave us on a professional way the best advice.
I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated friendly and respected.
