"I ordered a set of springs and was not aware that they were currently out of stock. I received an email a few days after ordering informing me and I asked to have the springs sent when they became available. I was told it would be about a week. Fast forward 3 weeks, still no springs or tracking number. I call again and the rep said about another week. A week later I call again to change my order. The employee I spoke with said they would send out a confirmation and tracking number for the new springs that day. 4 days later still no tracking info. UPS dropped off the springs yesterday morning and about 30 mins later I got my first email from Modded Euros stating that my order had been shipped. Very poor communication, I would not buy again. "

I ordered my item evening of the 19th, it didn't ship till thursday the 22nd. I then didn't receive my item till the 28th. When I asked support for an answer why the delay in shipping, no one responded.
The item showed in stock in the same state that I reside in, why it took so long to be shipped and get to my home is why I am "somewhat dissatisfied"."
“Our availability are estimates and the manufacturer experienced a delay on this order. We do not list stock residing in a specific state. Although we are located in PA we ship out of our PA warehouse or other locations. "I placed my order on Saturday and had the filter by Wednesday, my next day off. Installation was straightforward, but it has seemed to take the car (07 GTI w/Unitronic 1+ tune) a few days to get used to it. A week later and it seems to have settled down -- a bit better mileage, a bit better throttle response. Small, but evident improvements, about what I had expected. I have used K&N filters for years in almost everything I drove, but heard of stories with the GTI, so I went with a dry filter. So far, so good."

I have contacted modded euros about the issue and have had to send photos etc. I should have been able to send back the order and receive a new order. It is taking weeks to resolve this issue, very disappointed still waiting on modded euros to get back to me. Definitely will buy elsewhere better to pay more money and get better service. CTS turbo should not allow modded euros to sell their product. "

On backorders we are at the liberty of the manufacturer and why we also offer to cancel any orders versus keeping them open. Looks like we swapped them out to another brand and offered you sale pricing on them. If there is anything else we can do, let us know as this is not a common occurrence for us.”
