I order the wrong part and have been tryin to get in contact with them all week and have not gotten a responce about some for I need to fill out in order to return it. The package is extremely heavy so it is not going to be cheap to ship back and I only have 30 days to return yet they won't give me details or answer my phone calls. I will never order from them again. Absolutely horrible customer service. "

"Product delivery never took place and customer service is incredibly underwhelming. Ordering and shipping were prompt (from Sunday to Monday) with scheduled deliver expected the following Wednesday. The package was tracked as "delivered" by the shipping company, but delivery never took place. That certainly isn't the fault of the vendor/seller but that was the beginning of my negative experience. Contacting their customer service but only the first reply was prompt. All other replies were delayed and provided little to no information or details.
Th next week my package tracking was updated to say "receiver refused delivery" which certainly didn't take place. Again this is no fault of the vendor/seller but the email-tag with customer support continued again with little detail and no resolution. All follow up and escalation was done by me multiple times with no follow through by the vendor. It has now been 14 days since my purchase and they have yet to credit my credit card. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge and look elsewhere.

“I pulled up this order and UPS sent this order back to the manufacturer (Neuspeed) who we were working with to figure out the issue. The address provided on your order keeps getting denied and shipping back to us. I reached out again via email to see what you would like to do. Would suggest shipping to another address as this one keeps bouncing on us”

Once that form was completed which looks like you did 11/8/15, we list a RMA representative will reach out within 72hrs to process the return. I am sorry return shipping is expensive but we list in our checkout our return policy which can be read at www.moddedeuros.com/terms . Any order which the customer ordered incorrectly or no longer wants, must be shipped back at the customers expense.
